I wouldn't doubt that. I heard rumors of it too, but when I was finding the portrait and name values, I found one of each for Gato. Even if the rumor is... well, just a rumor and not true, I'd still be able to hack him in perfectly after finding his stats or making them up. ;)

I know he said something about skipping one of the 12 zodiac orbs, then do some weird stuff in the chapter where you get Chiki and you'll end up with Gato. I think I can try it out and see if it works. With all those codes, it shouldn't take long.

Oh, I'm sure there is. It'd take an awful lot of coding to add them in, because you'd need their stats and the like. I'm still trying to find the "unit exists" address... which basically says whether a unit is there or not. If I could find that, my Hardain hack might work out better... but until I find that address, I can't help you hack any characters you missed. =(

As stupid as his seems, Chiki in book 2. I had enough Orb fragments to get only the light orb, and not the star orb too, so it wouldn't let me get Chiki. Also, because of my lack of the Star Orb(and the blue orb I think too), after beating Hardain, the game ends.
So yeah, foolish me not getting enough Orbs to get Chiki.

Technically if you enter codes beyond the "last character" in your army that should get the other character. It could be buggy until the "unit exists" is found. Also you have to be careful as it will turn whoever is at the end of the army into that person.
Of course going beyond last charactrer when you have everyone might not work.
