I've not marched the piccolo (just played in a concert setting), but on the other hand, I have gone to the other end of the spectrum and marched the baritone sax. I think if I were any smaller, I'd never have been able to pull it off. (I'm not short or anything, but...er...let's just say I've got Ninian's strength stat and leave it at that...) After that, going back to flute next season felt wonderful. XD;
