Well it is a bit odd but... I never thought you(being female) would mistake a guy for female. I generally think females have a much better eye than us males when it comes down to spotting people's gender right away. But I'm odd too so we're even.

Well, most people who know me fairly well know I'm not your stereotypicial girl. ^_^; Actually, I have quite a few problems discerning anime guys from girls, unless it's obvious. I thought Lucius was a girl (I mean...look at his official artwork. The DUDE has HIPS!) and it was the same case with the younger clone of his in the anime Mahoromatic. I guess it's just me.

But yes, we do need Sain to be our official Female Detector. "Most fair and beautious one!"

Ah well I guess I should be glad I'm a good observer. My only blunder was Chainy... well Mideel to some point but I was only confused for a day. I thought Chainy was a girl for years.

I had seen the anime before I played the game, so it sort of cleared up, but when I did see the game, I almost did not think it was Marth, but I saw he sister's head band and realised it was Marth

Maybe they should have removed that headband and it might make him look more like a guy

I never thought the tiarra made him look effeminate. =) If you ask me, Marth just wouldn't look the same without it. I mean, he'd almost be like Fin in the first half of FE4 with different attire and no pants. =O

I agree with Lord Ryu. Besides he never struck me as looking girly, just kind of wussy so to speak. I dont think I've ever been fooled into thinking a FE guy was a girl. Celice, and Chainy almost had me though.

The first time I saw Marth, I kinda thought that he was a girl. I figured out that he was a guy a lot sooner than Gordon...

Until I found a list of the characters' names in FE3 on GameFAQs, I had SOOOOO much trouble trying to figure out whether Gordon was a guy or a girl! ;; He looked a lot like Marth, but more girly! Reading the katakana didn't help because I couldn't understand it. Sounds crazy, but true! ;D
