The gamecube part was a test to see how gullible they are...

The book is a piece of shit... I got it from my aunt so at least I didn't waste my money on it....
it says for Flower of Darkness, Eliwood's Route, the one with Kenneth...
"If you defeat two or more Bishops, Druids, or Sages before the end of the ninth turn, Harken will appear. If you defeat one or more Karel will show up."
Then it says the complete opposite in Hector's route with Kenneth....
Then for Hector's Route, with Jerme, they say...
"To make Harken appear, you must unlock four or more door. To make Karel appear you must unlock three or fewer...."
Lousy book......

Yes, the only purpose for the book would be on your first time through to figure out how to unlock certain side quests and get certain characters, of course they have to screw that up too....  I mean the book is ok, not great at all, but as long as you avoid using every scrap of strategy they try to feed you, flat out ignore the "Recommended Members" and their PITIFUL attempts to be funny...then it's EXTREMELY helpful...the humour of course leaves MUCH to be desired...the funniest comment in the book was for Hector's Story, Dragon Gate, where it says: "Legault doesn't waste any time running away, so make like a bakery truck and haul buns.." |
