In order to use the Triangle attack, you must have, as said above the three Pegasus Knights. Place two of them next to you're opponent and bring the third one in and attack. I believe this gives you a 100% critical. I personally have never done it.
As for capitials...Place them at the begining of sentances and proper nouns. Follow this VERY simple grammatical rule and we shall all give a tiny bit of respect.

Triangle attacks are useful as they have 100% hit.
That makes them useful for fast bosses with weak defence. Similarly it makes the attack useless against high defence units (remember its a damage multiplier NOT base attack multiplier).
