Best Sword Master

Karla is probably the best for me because I never really bothered using Guy because he always turned out so weak. Lyn... well, I don't really use her at all(the only lord I use is Hector because he turns out to be a tank once promoted) and I don't know how to get Karel.

Hi,i'm new here.Anyway my favorite swordmaster is without a doubt Fir!^_^.
shes better than rutugar in my opinion.like at the ending chapters she just seemed to dodge every time while he got hit every time(bad luck i'm guessing).
And of course she looks cool,cute,whatever you want to say,she recruits Karel,my second favorite swordsmaster,And she's even got a sprite all her own!Karel's good and cool but Fir's cooler and mines stronger than both my karel's(FE6 and FE7).
Guy i cant really say because i havnt lvled him yet,i just never get to it cause i like having Karel so much.
Karla is weaker really and about the same otherwise.
Rutugar is weaker also in my opinion(his extra streanth doesnt go far).
Lyn is well,i dunno i just like fir more than her.
And if i forgot someone on the list i'm sorry.And also if anyone could,could they tell me how the image thing works?i looked at the second thread and i didnt understand it.Last if i broke any rules i'm sorry i must of missed one i checked the first and second threads.

Yes, Fir is very good best I think swordmasters are too overrated. Sure they are good and all but I perfer the hero class more over than the swordmasters. Also there are weapons made especially for killing swordmasters like swordslayer and swordreaver. hehehe. And welcome Goemon2057, but beware of newbi killers.

....Uh, don't Heroes start at like E or D for axes? Wouldn't most just stick with swords?

....anyway, the crit bonus swordmasters get rocks. You can never have too many criticals

I'd love to see a hero try to get a hit on My Fir before dying,and i wont even bother thinking of a warrior making the hit .

I would,but with people like the sword demon(karel),the sword princess(karla),and the sword goddess(Fir of course,well its an unofficial title but she deserves it ^_^),i dont think guy will b on my top of people to care about.

Karel- In FE7 Guy is better, FE6 Rut and Fir are better.
Karla-
Guy- His strength is just plain sad...
Rutger- A Swordmaster with awesome strength, Hell hath frozen over!
Fir- Luckier than Rutger but not as strong.
Lyndis- She doesn't get a critical boost, thus making her inferior.
I think it's obvious of who's my favorite.

You can't possibly go wrong by promoting Rutger; his growth rate is awesome. Add to that the fact that FE6 has a better critical bonus for it's swordmasters/berzerkers, and that makes Rutger the best swordmaster in both games.

cept rutuger has pathetic luck=poor evasion in later lvls and also = cant beat fir in link arena ^_^.Rutuger only just barely beat my karel,karel and rutuger had like 50 hit and bout same crit,without the crit it wouldve been a close battle(rutuger won...too bad he cant face the sword demon >_<)

Well, Rutger's speed makes up for luck, not to mention even if Rutger does get hit he can usually soak it up. My Rutger had 55 HP (if I remember correctly) and that's without Angelic Robes.

So what?fir has bout teh same stats,maxes speed and skill in all my games,and has godly luck.Rutuger is good at start but he gets hit more later on cause his luck hurts SO much.>_<

And are you incinuating (or however u spell it)that fir cannot take a hit?

[glow=red,2,300]Thats not even possible.[/glow]fir has about the same def as rutuger,and her hp is in 30s,which,if u've been playin fe7 for a bit,should realize is decent.she can take a good amount of hits if she can actually be hit.(yes....if she could only b hit....a guy can dream ^_^)and honestly,even if she somehow got messed up by you(and if she somehow did you are really really sad.)she still ihas an original sprite all her own in fe6 ^_^.(i am not includin karla because its fe7).

dude I like ur enthusiasm but u need to stop bumping things
