A sage of Bern and is one of the three wyvern generals. I also think someone told me she is Zephiel's sweetheart. That's all I know.

How can she be a sage but a Wyvern General shouldn't she be riding a Wyvern.

Dragon General is only a high rank/position not a unit, Murdock is the leader of the Dragon Generals yet he's a Axe General.

That's the confusion caused by the name. To be one of the 3 Wyverns, all you need is to be from Bern, and earn your right. You don't need no stinking Wyvern to be be one of the 3 Wyverns. Narshen's the only one who ride a Wyvern. Mudrock's a General and Brunya's a Sage. Anyway even though Murdock is the leader, Brunya's the most powerful of the 3. It's probably due to the fact that she's a boss in the later chapters and would suck if she had lower stats than Murdock. I don't know about Brunya being Zephiel's sweetheart though.

Even if they weren't Brunya x Zephiel is a common pairing from what I've seen.
But anyway I should point out that Gale becomes a temporary 3rd Dragon General after Narshen dies in Chapter 16 since only reason Narshen was one was because he was from Bern.

Brunya's the closest thing he has to a sweetheart, I think. You do have to kill Murdock, the only optional Bern villain is Gale...you don't have to kill him.
Dragon General's simply a title given to those with the highest rank in the Bern army, below Zephyr.

Since the "Dragon General" title doesn't indicate that the person rides a wyvern, I don't think it's necessary to start calling them "Wyvern Generals." Besides, Dragon General sounds cooler (and more important.)

Thats because NOA were sillay people and called them Wyvrens despite the fact Wyvrens have 4 wings and not 2 like the ones Bern use.
Besides that it completely screws up a certain FE6 support...
I forget who it is but someone does specifically in FE6 clear up and say that the Ancient Dragons are NOT the same kind of Dragons that Bern use and are a different kind of Dragons despite sharing the name.
Now that sort of messes it up really since in the English version they made them different by calling them Wyvrens while the original intends for all of them to be called Dragons.
