I recently acquired this game through entirely legal means, downloaded the patch off this forum, and started playing it. It's pretty fun, but there are a couple things I don't get.
1. What is this stuff about different characters having different blood and growth affected by their blood? Where can I see their special blood stats?
2. I think I understand the love system, get your characters to fall in love so they score criticals and have kids so you aren't stuck with replacements, but how do you get them to fall in love? Is it like in FE6 and 7 where you have them sit next to each other for X amount of turns or what?
3. So far the only way to trade items I've found is to have one guy sell it in the shop and the other person buy it. Is this really the only way or is there some super secret "Trade" command being hidden from me?
4. In the patch for this game I found on this forum, the main menu accessed by hitting confirm/select on a blank space looks like so:
What is this mysterious blank space the cursor is pointing at? If I select it it just beeps and goes back to the map. When I unpatched it and looked something was there. What's up with that?
5. What's the Fortune Teller in town do? So far all he does is tell me ver useful knowledge like "IHGPY se" and "nPBYF". I'm assuming he's not translated yet.
6. The opening cinematic before the title screen, with the pictures of the dragons and stuff. Is there anyplace that has a translation for the text at the bottom?
7. In that same vein, what about the timeline when I hit "New Game"? This patch goes to the year 440, when the "Dark God religion by Gorno is started". It's all jibberish and Japanese symbols after that, but at least now I know that in the year 648, the er lo and 't achvre sure did something. Seriously, is there a translation for this? It looks pretty interesting.
Well, that's all I can think of now. It's probably a little too much and I'm just stupid, but any answers will be appreciated.
