I got a creative block while drawing...
and I don't think this has been asked. (I saw Favorite anime characters, but not villain...)
Anyway, as title.
Who is/are your favorite villain(s)? The psychic, pure-evil, and ruthless or the cunning, manipulative, and calm? (Or whatever...)
I guess my favorite villain would be Shishio Makoto, followed by Char Aznable...
Oh, and...The Beautiful Youth of the Intersections who is from...Lovesick Dead.

Shishio Makoto (Kenshin)-
Evil, just plain is....
Perfect Cell (DBZ)-
One of the coolest character designs for a bad guy pluss he had so much class and style in the manga unlike the anime.
Joshua (Chrono Crusade)-
Kid's got some style for some wierd half demon thingy I mean he wipes out a army of demons and then drinks tea n_n;;

Anyone except for those with that "this belongs to me" attitude. Argh, that just gets so annoying. They just keep on blabbering about how something belongs to them because of some stupid reason, but that something actually belongs to someone else...-_-

In Shishio case, it was true in his past. For he was one of the many who took orders to eliminate the enemies by assassinations...then there was a revolution and the age changed, yet he still held onto the old belief.
Can't really blame him, for he learned that from his own experience. Along with other quotes of him: "If you trust, you will be betrayed." etc.

Anime/Manga
Frieza (DBZ)
Majin Buu (DBZ)
Brolly (DBZ)
Janenba (DBZ... again)
Aoshi (Kenshin... kinda not evil, but kinda was at first...)
... okay, so that's not a lot for anime... but I can't think of any more from any other series that I liked...
Games
Bowser (Mario Series)
Ridley (Metroid)
Zephir (Fire Emblem: Fuurin no Tsurugi)
Shadow (Sonic Adventure 2... even though he turns good later)
Knuckles (Sonic 3... when he was evil...)
Mewtwo (Pocket Monsters or Pokemon... well, he's kinda evil...)
Kairi (Street Fighter EX3... okay, so he's not a villain, but he's evil)
Sephiroth (FF7... when he was actually saine... but he wasn't a villain then... oh well, whatever)
Ganondorf (Zelda: OoT... he just looked funny in the Wind Waker)
As you can see... I'm more of a game fan than an anime fan. I thought it'd be easy to think of villains since I liked so many of them... but I guess I'm just having a brain fart right now...

Sephiroth from FF7... calm and ready, control but observant. He never lost his coolness. He is not an average, plain and simple scum but a tough opponent that you are glad to meet.
Arvis from FE4: Arvis killed Sigurd and took over Grandbell for himself, but it was all to build an idealistic nation he dreamed of. Unfortunately, he was being manipulated by Manfloy and lost his powers to his own son, Julius. Conclusion: half-villain, half-tragic hero.
