I thought having minor holy blood would allow you to be bumped up to A not just one level. Since I don't hack, I wouldn't know. Like I said, the Treasure had only one chart so there's no way they could have listed both major and minor holy blood. Look at Azel. Unpromoted, he can only use "B" fire spells.

^Yep Mages have C Magics and Fala raises Fire to B.
Oh yeah I think Jamka is stated to be Bato's grandson because of this:
Bato looks too old to be Jamka's father and Kinbois and Gandolf look too old to be his brothers. So they made him Bato's grandson instead.

Jamuka is the youngest of the three brothers, though. It's stated within the game. Besides-- the bad guys always look like pieces of trash, they're going to look like old, raggy bastards while Jamuka looks clean and fine.

Yes, I am well aware that Jamuka's the youngest of the 3, but the book says he's their nephew. I think the book just messed up. You know Cuan's father's name is called Lenster? How cheap is that?

That was also said in FE5 though....
Thats because Lenster was named after the family.

Well,I'm a Chinese FE fan and I found this website just without any intention.......... And as far as I know, the offical explaination is that Jamuka is the old king [¥Ð¥È¥¥(=Bator)]'s first son' first son..........and when both his father and mother died, the old king adopted him......so in fact, he's actually the nephew of his two brothers.............. And I'm definitely sure that major holy blood gives a character double the Growing Rate(Translated from Chinese...............) of a minor holy blood............ AND.......since my Enlish is not so good, there might be a lot of mistakes in what I write.........so please excuse me for that.............

That Lenster thing?
The only sensible explanation I can think of concerns how the Japanese phrases these things. You see, when they call kings, they seem to go with [name]-sama or they go with [countryname]-Ou.
I get the feeling that some incredibly sucky translator/writer that did that part of Treasure designated the English tradition of using "King [name]" to "[name]-Ou".........and thus, through reasons that should be reasonably clear to anyone used to the wonders of Engrish, Mr. Lenster the King was born.

Like I said before, the book starts with an unforgettable opening line of "A Massage From Shozo Kaga: Dear all of Fire Emblem Users."
