They are growth rates for each stat ,and I don't think you can be a swordmaster without being a swordfighter/mymirod 1st.

The precentages are Growth Rates, or the chance of that stat going up one when that character levels up.

For example, if you have a 60% Growth Rate in Speed, then there is a 6/10 (or 3/5) chance of 1 point being added to that stat. Make sense?

Okay, RES is always 0 with 3% Growth Rate. I know that is apain, but I promise that this is due to a story plot point. And I promise, there will be High RES by the end of the game for the ones with good RNG.
