I'd really like to see a game where you play as the Twelve Crusaders from FE4. Like, instead of having characters descended from Noba, Baldo, Hezul, et al, you actually play as Noba, Baldo, Hezul, et al. The enemies would have to be really badass or the Holy Weapons toned down in power to compensate for the fact that you'd have all twelve of them, but it would tickle me every shade of pink.

I want to go back to the FE4 system of multiple castles to conquer per chapter and those huuuuuge maps. I like that better than the smaller battle maps, because I like getting more of a feel for where everything is in relation to everything else.

And I like repairing weapons instead of having to buy entirely new ones.

...ah, hell. JUST GIVE ME SOMETHING LIKE FE4, PLEASE. *sob* I just had to start with that one, and now the other games don't feel right to me at all.

But, in fact, I think it would be nice if we had huge maps with small gaiden maps on them.

Oh yeah and one more thing; this FE should have what most other FEs have:

- A Navarre clone
- An Oguma clone
- The main lord (or one of them) has blue hair
- You get two Social Knights in the beginning,one is green the other red
- Catchy music in the last chapter
- The main evil guy with his own personal weapon (Loputous,Ereshkigal,Exaccus,etc)
- The main evil guy with an even more evil thing behind him (Beldo,Fire Dragon,Idoun,etc)
- Your main lord must get their own powerful weapon near the end of the game
- Your main lord must be forced to promote near the end of the game so you won't have time to level them up
- There must be a character with good growths that starts out weak near the end of the game(Miranda,Nino)
- There must be a Jeigan
- There must be at least one person you have to save from evil clutches
- There must be at least one all-powerful character you get near the end of the game(Sety,Galzus,Athos)
- There must be at least one axe guy that pairs well with a sword-using chick with dark hair
- There must be a Swordmaster with dark hair

Though FE4 is great it'd be pretty weird taking part in a battle a thousand or so years before FE4 wouldn't it?

Oh yeah and can anyone guess the platform of this new game? Not GBA again could it?

hmm how about different weapons have different graphics ala FE4/5. i'm bored with 6/7 same attk animation (unless it's magic). so this time around the main char might be a magic user (instead of a sword). and quit with the blue hair already

One of my hopes:

Having the very first FE as an unlockable after beating the game.

It should have a new story, They should bring back old classes like the Master Knight and stuff.

You know what would be cool? Having a FE Collection coming out on the day this new one does.

1) Smarter A.I. (As in, make sure stupid generals don't just sit there and try to attack a character with a lancereaver when all they have equipped is an iron lance. Just doesn't make the game hard.)

2) Two animations for critical hits, like Jaffar and Hector had. Give us some variation!

3) A Fa-Zilla clone! But maybe with a blizzard stone, a fire stone and a thunder stone as well?

4) Castles to conquer with bigger maps.

5) A Serra clone. "Like Ohmigosh, Erk!" "Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaathh-yooooooooooooooooo!"

6) The return of the FE5 (Thracia) escape from the troops that follow you closely, kind of maps, where your troops get taken, and don't get returned until later when you release them from a dungeon.

7) Bring the capture command to capture enemies again!
