YES! From what I've seen so far, this new race added nothing to FE, only took out classic elements.
Read the storyline! It wouldn't have any change if they used mankoots instead of these things! This new beast race is unnecessary and unfireemblish!
Why do I call it unfireemblish now? Because it isn't an addition. It seems to have added nothing, and it's presence is taking out elements from FE(dragons).
Therefore, from now on, I'm completely against beast people(not only cat-girls... EVERY beast).

Well, personally, I'm happy with the change. I was getting kinda bored of the dragon thing.
.....And I do not like the way they can transform into humans. Why humans, darnit >< Why not just smaller dragons ><
Oh, and on the "It seems to have added nothing" thing, I'm sure you'd know that from what, FIVE, screenshots? -_-
On a completely different subject: Beast(people) seems like such a wrong name to me

Oh, and on the "It seems to have added nothing" thing, I'm sure you'd know that from what, FIVE, screenshots? -_- I based it on the storyline known so far, not on the shots. This new race probably will add new gameplay elements, but it isn't adding any new story element. New gameplay elements do not need new races. So, this race IS unnecessary. If it were an add on, it might be good. But now that we know it's just replacing fire emblem elements, it seems like a complete waste to me. Not the game, I'm just talking about the addition of this race. |

WHY ARE U AGAINTS the cat girl.who cares!!!!!! its a cat girl ok it dosnt matter if its a cat girl a dog boy or a flying donky!!!!!!! it still fire emblem and it is still in my opinion the best game on earth!! and it would add somthing new to the game. but we dont even know if there is going to be one. it might just be a character u talk to for little parts in the game. u guys are like oh beasts are evil unless there dragon people. its fantasy its suppose to have every thing in it!!! AND!!!! i dont mean to be rude but for gods sakes!! and u know what i havent even seen the cat girl iv only seen a big lion a big bird and a man with animal ears so if anyone can give me the link i would like to see it. thanx. and it looks like to me that the main characters will have to go save these secered animal god type things and they meet a guy that looks like a lion man along the way. im just stating what i think it looks like i might be wrong who know wait a while and find out. mby the other animals will want to kill the dragons or help them that would be cool. but who knows lets just wait and find out. k.....k. sry for being rude.

its fantasy its suppose to have every thing in it!!! Would it be out of place for me to point out that my all-time favorite series of fantasy novels does not have elves, dwarves, or other such stereotypical fantasy races? Fantasy doesn't have to have "everything" in it, and if you think it does, you really should acquire more familiarity with the genre as a whole. |

Wrong. Kyuusei posted the story (as it's in the website) and it has some beast kingdom in it.
