I just beat this game for the first time. It is the first Fire emblem game I have actually beaten. I have gotten atleast half way in all but FE gaiden. It's nice to know I can beat one of these games without abusing the arena (I could have beaten all of the others if I did so this game doesn't really give you an arena it a place where you can use it forever. I can't wait till it comes out in english and I can actually understand it. I have one story related question for anyone that knows. After I beat the game Eliwood had like a ten minute conversation that I couldn't skip with Nilus and his sister. What was that thing in the background the round swirly thing. It look like a portal to somewhere.

That's the portal to the world of Dragons. Nilus and Ninian are going home.
If Eliwood loves Ninian, she stays with him.

Just wondering, if Ninian stays behind with Eliwood, who is Nilus meant to hang with in the dragon world? he must have dragon friends on da westside back home, because he seemed pretty happy to be leaving in that ending sequence.

Aside from the fringe benefits the job would have, I think it'd get pretty lonely there.

Nilus and Ninian are dragons alright, so what're the differences between them and the fire dragons?? and the dark dragon thingie in FE6:sealed sword???

Speaking taxonomically, she appears to be a water dragon. (I seem to vaguely remember seeing something along the lines in the scene where Eliwood kills her.)
Speaking about rank/genetics, she's the descendant of....um, a holy dragon, if Brahmimond can be believed. Her kin used to live on the tallest peak in Ilia, and there's legends about how kind THAT one is.

Gamersara should know more... rather than water....she's an ice dragon..... anyone played FE1/3 should know there are different types of dragons.... her tribe ranks high than the fire dragon since the fire dragons are mainly for fighting.... Fa in FE6's a descendant of the holy dragons......so is Ideun....but she was captured and made into a dark dragon.... |

My fault. ^^;;; I accidentally misplaced the 'ice' and 'water' kanjis. ^^;;; Those things have only one stroke's difference. I apologize.
And yes, Eliwood killed Ninian. My favourite scene, because it took me by a great grand surprise.
Oh yeah. And anybody finds the sprites where Ninian turns back into a human freaky? I mean, she's sprouting a human head and still looking like a dragon...
