The better assassin?

Legualt is the best assasin. He has the highest luck of the three and all of his other stats will be awsome. His strength might not grow as well as Matthew but he starts pretty strong. Jaffar's main selling point is his strength but Legualt beats all the other stats.

Jaffar is good........build other characters aside from Mathew and Legault

*sigh* Sam, you just don't understand the joy of Matthew and Legault. I have always A supported them, and while Matthew does often Max out Str and Def, I firmly put my vote for best assassin as Legault. He ( as InfiniteMasterEx said ) always maxes luck, and my best one maxed everything but HP and Res. Jaffar... poo.

Jaffar also has a big advantage in skill. Legault's is good enough. Matthew's is the same as Sain's, and we all know how skillful he is.

Matthew does NOT have Sain-skill. Legault usually if not always maxes skill speed and luck. Jaffar starts with great stats but has almost NO growth rate. so... in the long run, he is the worst assassin.

I used Matthew more than Legualt, but I promoted Legault instead of Matthew though I didn't use him after his promotion.

Legault kicked Jaffar's jaffary ass in my game. He dodged 99% of what was thrown at him and KILLED EVERYTHING TIL THEY WERE DEAD!

Let's take a look at their growth rates,shall we?

Matthew:
HP: 75 Str: 30 Sk: 40 Spd: 70 Def: 25 Res: 20 Luk: 50

Legault:
HP: 60 Str: 25 Sk: 45 Spd: 60 Def: 25 Res: 25 Luk: 60

Jaffar:
HP: 60 Str: 15 Sk: 40 Spd: 35 Def: 30 Res: 30 Luk: 20

Matthew has the best HP,STR,and SPD;
Legault has the best SKL and LCK;
and Jaffar has the best MDF.

It all goes down to what stats you want more. They all have horrible STR gains and SKL and SPD aren't too bad. Jaffar has horrible luck,though,so the other two will end up with better Dodge. Matthew will most likely max out SPD before promotion,and then shortly after. Legault is pretty rounded out,you should consider using him in hard mode also.

Legault is the best. I don't promote him until Chp. 29x or later, so I can get all the use out of him as a Thief.

Thats wierd my bro used jaffar and after like 5 levels he had 30 strength But i like legault the best he has better skill and luck and those two pretty much affect everything
