lucius>serra reason1:serra has pitfull power reason2:lucius gets a s on light very easily serra however is very hard not to have her get a s in staves
and also your game pack sucks if you have lucius as a lv 19 bishop with 7 def. my LEVEL ONE lucius bishop had 8 defense 22 magic very high skill somewhere in the teens for resistance... he had only bad luck... which is easily solved by 3+ goddess icons

I voted for Lucius because in my Eliwood story game he was one of my most powerful and favorite chracters. Now in my Hectors story game he died but I didn't feel like doing the chapter again so I've been raising Serra and now I'm at Chapter 32 and she's more poerful than my Lucius last game. Now they're tied and I like them both.

serra is easy to level up by arena. in chap. 16 i got her and Raven to 20/20 each starting onlv.5. lol its that easy.

I hope none of you ever use Renault. Yes, he has amazing defense for a Bishop. But yeah, 14 Magic....
So it comes down to Lucius vs. Serra. Serra is a better dodger due to her great luck compared to Lucius' crappy luck. But Lucius has more magic, making him a better healer and a stronger attacker. Both have low defense, high resistance, good speed (not great, but good). And Lucius is more skilled.
So it's a bit of Magic and a lot of skill versus a helluva lot of luck.
That translates into slightly more powerful attacker + better healer vs. way better dodger. (remember, luck affects accuracy a lot)
At 20/20, I'd take Serra, simply because I think Luck is way better than skill, and the Magic isn't really that big a difference, though Lucius will be a better healer. But oftentimes, I want to raise Priscilla, and it's a pain arena abusing. For multi, since you don't use staffs at all and because lucius is food, yeah, Serra easily, single player is closer though.

Serra's survivability combined with good overall stats make her a better unit than Lucius IMO. Training her isn't that hard, although getting her an S rank in light magic can get pretty annoying without arena use (She ended up with a nearly maxed A rank in light magic for me by the end of the final chapter  ) Still, Light magic is pretty bad in link arena anyway. |

I didn't start training her in light magic until after the Black Fang headquarters because I needed strong fighters to get Jerme's level. She got to S in light magic and I only used the arena 3 times. The key is to look at the stats before fighting then attack the enemies she will attack twice fighting against so her skill level will raise. Her and are the only chracters I've ever got to level 20 promoted. She was 11/20 Matthew was 20/20. I did kind of feel sorry for Oswin the way she stalked him then forced him to marry her though. Neither of them is even close to better than Dart thogh no matter how many levels they may be. He is a creature after promotion. |

I went with Serra. Simply because I love her personality, and she pretty much dodges anything the enemy throws at her.

Hmm... Could attacking twice be the difference between a character that sucks compared to an ownage character?
Just incase you haven't noticed by now, Dart, Nino, Raven, Lyn, Guy, and a bunch of other characters attack twice a lot as well....

I picked Serra simply because I love her attitude besides I've been lucky with my Serra.
