I would give a her a 8/10. She would get a ten due to her insane dodging and speed, but she is inferior to Lyn and her str can be horrible sometimes because it's 40% growth starting with 4 in str(Although it's listed as 45% on the site, it's 40% at PegasusKnight.com).

Well, the 2 power hurts a bit... Makes her a 22 average str sniper cept 24... Though I would like those growth rates to be backed up by something other than pegasusknight, but it is the best site out there.
Best sniper in the game, but Snipers are a subpar unit, at least in map without ballistas.
Still a unit I would be using quite a bit of the time.

Well I think Rebecca's biggest problem is her low HP and defence. I don't even remember what the grow was for HP and defence but I could never get her HP higher than 40.

I've never really cared too much about how high my Sniper's HP was; if they're getting hit by melee weapons, then that's a mistake on my part, and since I don't like to make mistakes, it's not really an issue.

It's not always a mistake to have melee hit them... sometimes you need them to head into the fray in order to kill the most dangerous enemy, like enemies with killer weapons, the single mage, etc. The more common case would be when there's 3 enemies left, and unless 1 of them dies there's a chance that someone in your army will die. There were many times where Rebecca would not be able to do the job without risking death, while Wil can definitely take the hits from the remaining 2 enemies and still live. Rebecca still generally does more damage than Wil due to the fact that she can attack twice against most enemies while Wil can't.
Dodge is really something that I don't value too high because there's still a risk of being hit. It would have to be a case like lowering the chance of being hit down to around 0~5%, the enemies can only attack twice, and both attacks needs to hit in order to die it has hardly any use for me.

Back to the topic at hand -
Archers are a class I barely use in FE7 (although oddly enough, I had no problems with them in 4...), but from what I have used of her, she seems pretty low in strength and defense... even if a level has ballistas, I never take archers out (unless I'm trying to get one of them a support.).

I love Rebbecca I think dodging is in a way more valuable than defense and she almost never gets hit. Thats also why I like swordmasters, thieves(assassins), and sages.

The image in your sig, Iggy, is from Battlefield Online. I remember the art style. (Also the site famous for the Cuan x Finn underground collection. Of course, the general side has some of the cutest Finn & general Lenster art ev4r)
On the interesting scale....I'd rate her 6. She's severely boring. Okay on your first run, but too teeny bopper ish for my second and third...
On the power scale.....I'd rate her at a 7.5. She does get some nice stats and is the best sniper you can get (she critical INSANELY in my game), but I use Rath if I need bows.
