You know how some classes have different sprites like:
Harken-Raven and Dart-Hawkeye, are there any more?

Lyod and guy are different from the normal ones. Karel and Harken are both the default costume sprites. and among others......

EVERYONE has a different sprite, even if it is just color changes.

The pallette has nothing to do with the sprite itself. That would be like saying that a story changed if one changed the colour of the text.
AFAIR, the 'unique' sprites are...

Legault
Guy
Karla
Either Harken or Raven (Not sure which uses the generic). Linus, maybe? Dunno about him.
Hawkeye
...don't think Nino is, doesn't she have the same sprite as Sonia & Limstella?
There may be more, but I can't think at the moment...

My brother put Karla and Karel against each other in the arena. According to him, they're different. I'll look myself momentarily.

Karla is using her class' default animation, the female swordmaster's default. |
