I may be wrong, but I do believe that the enemies are at higher levels they have better weapons earlier (i.e. instead of iron they have steel) there are more of them, and you forced to take less people to each battle. Feel free to correct me. |

I haven't noticed much different in Lyn's mode. No tutorial.
From Eliwoods, I've noticed I can take fewer people, the enemies have slightly better stats, but not always level. Enemies have better weapons and the arena is really hard even with Ninis's Grace.

Im on Hectors but its way weirder cuz you fight enemies that you fight later in the game but for some reason you fight them earlier.But im sure in hard mode you are frikin skrewd.Please dont tell me your on Hectors hard mode.

Anyway FE7 Hard mode wasn't really that difficult*cough Ninian arena trick* Ahem. AI was also still stupid, and the enemies while they did gain some stats (mainly the Druids and magic) werent that significant.
