I think Luxiferangel's working on the fonts. I haven't been in contact with them for a month or two now. =P

Try looking around this site. www.fireemblem.net/fe/If not ask around on the board if you know how to write Chinese with a computer.

Try searching for: Fire Emblem - Thraki 776 (J) (V.ROM) [T-Chi] Fire Emblem - Thraki 776 (J) (V.ROM) [T+Chi1.00 ptah] Fire Emblem - Thraki 776 (J) (V.ROM) [T+Chi1.00 WolfGroup][a1] Fire Emblem - Thraki 776 (J) (V.ROM) [T+Chi1.00 WolfGroup] Search for the one at a time. If you don't find it with one those the resat probably won't do anything. Only the most up to date ROM sites will not have it because its a new addition to the goodsnes database (spanning 6666 roms including hacks, translations and well pretty much everything. If you just want pure games its still like, 3500 roms to get).

I got the patch thing for Thracia and I haven't a clue how to use it. Could someone tell me please? Extract it in the same directory and rename it as the rom (so, if your rom is d:\fe5.smc, your patch should be d:\fe5.ips). ZSnes and Snes9x will run the patched (modified) rom if you do this. If you don't like the result and prefer the original, just rename or delete the ips file.
