Anyone tried giving a weapon a 'stat bonus' byte of 7A yet? How does bonuses to most stats of 20+ sound?
This is because it goes past the end of the 'stat bonus' array and into the start of the 'effectiveness' array, and the first part of the 'effectiveness' array is for the armoured/heavy walking people, which all have class numbers of 0x1A+.

That's what I found. Although I didn't test the weapon effectivity thing.
And... bonuses seem to go normally up +32. There's no +33; just +91, +93 and +115. +91 seems "+1" (just like the true +1); +93 seems "+"; +115 is a simple weirdness.
EDIT: When values get too high, the engine may screw up and consider them as low. For example, a character with 115% critical rate will rarely actually score a critical, and one who gets high boosts in luck and speed may get a evade rate lower than the one he had without the boost. Lol.
