As they can double-hit, they can miss, too.
It would he nice if they showed a staff's "hit" chance when used.
Thracia 776 is cruel, indeed.

On my game it was usually Tina who missed the most and my other healers didn't have much problems. Saphy was one of my best/accurate healers. The other healers are fine but I didn't use them much.

Oh yeah. And if your Magic is too high, they won't heal.

They miss when you first get them but when their skills reach a certain point, they won't miss ever again. They can still do double healing too.

They miss when you first get them (...) I don't think it's that way. My priests usually didn't miss on the first charge...

I discovered double healing when i used Nanna on the chapter when you protect Tara (I hated that chapter). When i first got my healers they didn't miss much, only Tina did.

No, I don't mean when they FIRST use it. I mean when they first start out with low stats, they can miss when they heal. Once they gain enough levels, they don't miss anymore.

Is something like 70% +2xSkill. Pegasusknight says what the formulae is. As for continue... well see continues activation formulae. I think thats how continued hit with staffs work.
