I have a new idea for increasing Fire Emblem's popularity: make as many Fire Emblem FAQs, sub-FAQs, and whatnot for GameFAQs as you can, make sure all of them are decent, and then everybody releases them onto GameFAQs all at the same time. This means that once each person has finished with an FAQ, they announce it happening. I made 3 Sub-FAQs for my Fire Emblem 1 FAQ, originally to cut down on its total size. But I have a new reason for the Sub-FAQs for some time now, and this is it.

What else is there? Pairings FAQ, Weapons FAQ, Enemies FAQ, Significant Enemies FAQ, Allies FAQ, Substitute Characters FAQs, Editor FAQs (kidding), Arena FAQs...

How about somebody make a mythology reference FAQ for FE4? That ougtha reely interest peeps, cuz when a game has mythological references in it, people might think it's pretty deep and intellectual and stuff, and thus, be more attracted to it.

And don't forget... mention FAQ and FAQ updates in the LJ community. Or hell, anything FE related. The FE curious there sure won't mind. =P

There are already people that are doing a walkthrough for Fire Emblem 3(Vengeance), and a pairing FAQ for Fire Emblem 4(TogeKiD). *pokes all* It'd be best to look around and try new ideas that wont be coming around for quite a while.
If I had some more free time, I would try and work on my Fire Emblem 5 Walkthrough, which really needs an update.

Seeing as his inbox is cluttered to hell and back, and that he has hardly any internet time from all that I know of, it would be pretty hard to catch him around. I dont think he really needs assitance in the first place, he has all fields pretty much covered. Except, some of his book 1 character opinions are pretty flawed.. like thinking Toms is a bad character, where in reality.. some of his growth rates are better then Doga's, and Astoria being worse then Samson and such. |

I can see those flaws...Samson isn't way too bad in book 2 imo though. Some of his translations are FLAWED, if you can notice.

Hmm...well, I was already in the process of writing up an FE4 walkthrough for my friend, because I mostly find FAQs and not walkthroughs for that game (or if I find a walkthrough, it's never finished...meh). Maybe this gives me incentive to actually finish it, but I don't know how likely that is to actually happen...I'm more a fanficcer than an FAQer. (Maybe we should also all go write fanfics, and make FFn open up a Fire Emblem category...)
Heh...SummerWolf is the perfect person to do the Mythology FAQ. She's a walking encyclopedia!
