This translation picks up from where chris kern left off.
Douglas will remain hostile even after talking to Lalam/Elphin, but he won't attack the one that talked to him. You still have to keep him alive to get Aureola and him.
I can't tell you any boss conversations because, as said before, the site doesn't record them. I do know that Narshen has special conversations with Cecilia and Miredy, though special talks with Clarine and Zeis is probable. I think his generic taught is something like "I am the strongest, the most handsome! Buahahahaha!" but don't take my word for it. It's only there as a narrative editor's note in the script I'm using.
Notice, also, that the chapter 16 dialogue also left out the exchange between Zeis and Gale at the beginning of the stage.
Going back a chapter so that it connects to Kern's:
Chapter 15: Daughter of the Dragon
After saving the Nabata Village, Roy left the desert with Igrene's guidance. To defeat the coup de tat faction, they started advancing toward Etruria. But, at this time, an urgent message arrived from Nabata Village's elder--the dragon girl, Fa, seems to have followed Roy and disappeared from the Nabata Village... If Fa falls into the hands of the coup de tat faction or Bern, the consequences cannot be imaged... To seek the whereabouts of Fa, Roy arrived at Etruria's border.
At the castle: Soldier: General, we captured a strange girl. Neese: A girl? ...Because she was roaming around the walls? What is wrong with you? You want to lay hands on a girl like that? Get her out of here! Soldier: But, but, the girl was carrying this... Neese: This... dragon stone? You've seen a dragon stone? Soldier: During the invasion of Lycia... in order to maintain a human appearance, the dragons needed to carry this. But this stone seems to be different from the ones they carry. Neese: In any event, it's something related to dragons. Report this to King Zephield and await orders. Do not let the girl escape.
Outside the castle: Roy: The dragon girl, she was taken away by the people in that castle? Merlinus: That is what the people nearby say. Igrene: Lord Roy, our hometown has caused much trouble for you... I'm sorry. You were supposed to be en route to the capital, Acreia. Roy: No. If that child falls into the hands of the enemy, that would be the bigger problem. Igrene: If she does not let others see her dragon stone, I believe it is safe for her to maintain a human appearance. Roy: What is a dragon stone? Igrene: When a dragon maintains a human form, it contains its original strength. In this world, to maintain a dragon's true form requires great strength. Because dragons need to live with the appearance of humans, they need to fix the loss of strength at a minimum. No matter what, dragons in the forms of humans existed in the time of the Scouring. Roy: Since so long ago... Merlinus: The scout you sent is back, Lord Roy. There are more soldiers in this castle than in the last. This time, it is not for combat but for increasing security. Roy: Is that so? They might have discovered that Fa is a dragon. Merlinus: Another complication. The border patrol seems to have discovered us. Roy: Then we need to finish this quickly. We must rescue Fa!
Lalam talks to Percival (actually recorded in chapter 13, but it's the same as the one here) Lalam: Lord Percival! Good, I've been searching for you. I am... hey! Wait! Wait! Hold your horses. I have something to say. Percival: ...Who are you? Lalam: Don't scare me like that... Haven't we met several times before? Percival: ...I remember seeing you at Lord Douglas' mansion. Lalam: Yes! That's when! You knew. Why do you pretend... Percival: The one I saw there was a very ordinary woman. Lalam: What? What do you mean! ...Nevermind. My name is Lalam! The Prince sent me as a messenger. Percival: The prince... you lie. The prince died in an accident a year ago. Lalam: Heheh... this seal, it is very familiar? Percival: ! That's... the Prince's... Lalam: You remember! Good. Read this letter. It's from the Prince to you! Percival: ...It is...truly the Prince's handwriting. It's true. The Prince is still alive... I can no longer hesistate! The Prince sided with the Lycian Allaince, and I have only one road to choose. Lalam: Hm? This easily... my practice was for naught... like "If you want to keep fighting, then kill me!"... There was a lot of melodramatic words to say originally...
After the stage Merlinus: Lord Roy, the girl has been found! Roy: I'm coming! Merlinus: LIttle girl, aren't you going to bow to Lord Roy? Fa: sniffle... sniffle... Roy: There's no need, Merlinus... Fa, why didn't you listen to the elder and follow us? Fa: Because, I wanted to see the outside... Merlinus: What? Because of this? ...You brought us quite a lot of trouble! Don't you know! Fa: But, but I have never been to the outside... always, always I have been alone, always in the dark house... Roy: ...... Merlinus: What now, Lord Roy? Roy: ...You've been through a lot of hardship. But do you know how much trouble you brought to the elder, to everyone, by doing this? Fa: I'm sorry... Roy: You know that you are wrong? Well, come with us, then. Merlins: ...There won't be any problems? Roy: This girl's existence has been found. It's better to keep her near than sending her back. Fa: Wow! Yay! Merlinus: Hey, don't get too happy! Roy: But Fa, do not just run off. Fa: Yeah! Scout's honor! (The site actually uses a Chinese equivalent of this, but I don't know if there's a closer English parallel. I'm rather against literal translation of idioms)
Feel free to correct me on the names. There was no way I could've recognized Percival's name in the script if I didn't know there was a conversation between him and Lalam in that chapter. I'm pretty sure the boss' name wasn't translated right either.

Chapter 16: Return of the Capital
After rescuing the dragon girl Fa, Roy started marching towards Acreia, the capital of the Etruria kingdom. Acreia, Etruria's capital, is also known as the continent's largest city. The coup de tat faction, to meet Roy, gathered a large army here. Their original intent was to rely on the capital's walls and engage outside the palace. However, Percival (I think) and Guinivere's attendant of the Elimine Order confirmed that Roy was on the side of the people and pursuaded the citizenry and the Elimine Order, causing the citizenry to surround the palace, making it impossible for the palace to engage outside. The Elimine Order, founded by St. Elimine, one of the "Eight Divine Generals" of legend, has its base in Etruria and Bern and has the faith of many. Roy, with their support, marches toward Etruria's palace. But in the palace was one of Bern's three Dragon Generals, Narsehn, waiting for Roy with his Souther Division......
In the throne room: Narshen: Hmph... Those Lycian mongrels! They dare to come here... Soldier: Lord Narshen, the Dragon General Mardock has come to Acreia. Narshen: What? Immediately send men to welcome him. Murdock: Away! Narshen: Ah, Lord Murdock, you've come all the way from Ilia... Murdock: Narshen, what excuses do you have now? Narshen: What happened? Murdock: Princess Guinivere has escaped again; your subordinate Freya lost at the Western Isles; you even ignored His Majesty's personal order that you take the village hidden in the Nabata Desert. How do you explain these? Narshen: ...Well, because of a lot of reasons... Murdock: ...This is the order of the King. From now one, you are no longer one of the three Dragon Generals. Narshen: What? Murdock: Gale will replace you. Narshen: Wait! Please, give me another... give me another chance! Murdock: ...the Lycian Alliance is drawing near to Acreia. If you can stop them, I will ask His Majesty to rescind the order. Narsehn: Sir Murdock... Murdock: Narshen, do not disappoint His Majesty... and me again...
Off to the west: Douglas: ...You two, what do you plan to do to the King? Roartz: Ah, yes. That bunch might kill the King. Well, the mother of the king of Bern, Zephiel, was Etruria's princess, so, you should escape soon. Douglas: I refuse. The reason I fight with you is because of the King's safety, not because I approve of your plans. Roartz: Old fashioned man! Do as you will! Alucard, lets escape! Douglas: Escaping like a bunch of cowards at the end... just like the spineless traitors you are! There's no use in living under Bern. Let the Lycian Alliance deal with those parasites. The Princes will return from the Western Isles one day... Then... Etruria will shine once again. I, the "Grand General" of the Three Generals of Etruria, will stay loyal until the last moment.
Lalam talks to Douglas: Lalam: Father! Douglas: Lalam? What are you doing here? Lalam: With the Prince... Douglas: What? The Prince has returned! ...Now, I can rest assured about Etruria. Lalam: ...Father. Douglas: Daughter... I've put you through hardships. Then, to distract the assassins' attention, I put the prince under your sole care and told you to escape to the Western Isle... Lalam: No! That was what I wanted. Douglas: But you, who at last escaped your hard life, having to return to a dancer's life... Lalam: ...Before, when I collapsed on the street due to hunger and coldness, you, father, were the one to took me in. You brought me up as if I were your own daughter. From that time, I have decided; I will help father in any way. I will pay back your kindess. So, I am happy now. I can finally help you. Douglas: Thank you. I entrust the prince to you... Lalam: Father? Are you not going to go with us? Douglas: The King is still in the hands of the enemy. If I go with you, there is no guarantee that Lycia will not take His Majesty's life. Because the Prince has returned, I rest in peace. If I am defeated by the Lycian Alliance, it does not matter. Lalam: .... Douglas: Return to them. If you stay with me, the enemy will suspect you. No matter what happens, you are as my own daughter... Lalam: Father... Douglas: I hope you find happiness afterwards...
Miredy talks to Zeis: Zeis: Sister! Miredy: Zeis? Why are you here... Zeis: I am suspected of being a traitor to Bern, and I'm now a fugitive... Miredy: Is it... because of me? Zeis: Sir Gale said that you seemed to have sided with the enemy. I did not believe it. Now, though... Sister! Why did you betray Bern? Why? Miredy: I have no intention of treason. I am but helping Princess Guinivere. Zeis: Because of that Princess, you will abandon your country, your kin, and your love? For that... self-will traitor to his own brother... Miredy: Zeis, even if you are my brother, I will not let you slander the Princess! The one who is thinking of Bern's best interest is not the King but Princess Guinivere. Actually, when the Princess did not tell me anything when she first left, I hated her. But having been with her for so long, I believe that the path she chose is correct. Zeis: Sir Gale's words... they are right. Miredy: What? Zeis: "When you meet your sister, use your own eyes to see. Decide everything afterwards..." Miredy: Gale... said that? Zeis: Although I do not understand everything, I believe my sister. If this army's commander agrees, I want to join you. The path you believe, the path that Guinivere chose, I want to see as well...
After the battle: Roy: Princess Guinivere, I need to talk to you. Guinivere: ...You want to join with Etruria and attack Bern, correct? Roy: Who told you? Guinivere: No one... but I felt that this was inevitable... Roy: ...We can't let Bern go on like this. I know that it is painful for you to participate in an attack on your own country, but I beg of you... Guinivere: ...Please take this, Lord Roy. Roy: What is this? Guinivere: Bern's treasure, "Fire Emblem." In southern Bern, there is a place called the "Shrine of Seals." In it is hidden the founder of Bern's sword. Roy: One of the Divine Weapons? Guinivere: Everyone believes so. But, it's a weapon with special abilities, forged to defeat the most powerful leader of Dragons, "Demon Dragon." Roy: The key to the Seal... Guinivere: Lord Roy, my brother... he intends to use might to conquer the world. That is not forgivable, no matter who he is... The only way to stop my brother is to defeat Bern and his dragons... My name, I guess, will go down in history as "the woman who sold her country"... Roy: How... Guinivere: I'm afraid that I must live, enduring the name of traitor. Lord Roy, please promise me one thing. When you attack Bern, do not let the people of Bern... Roy: I will never lay hands on Bern's civilians. Believe me. Guinivere: Lord Roy... thank you...

Chapter 17A: Sea's Path (Ilia route)
Taking advantage of the Lycian Alliance's attempt to take back Etruria's capital Acreia, other observing regional powers of Etruria continued to defect to the coup de tat faction. The Prime Minister and the governor of the Western Isles, Alucard, pursued by Etruria, fled to Bern controlled territories in Ilia. Ilia is situated in the northern part of the continent, in a harsh climate of long winters and short summers. Each region, for the purpose of self-defense, established its own knight battalion. Under their direction, the people tilled the barren soil. Under the leadership of the liberated capital, Etruria and the Lycian Alliance formed an allied army and marched toward Ilia to pursue the coup de tat faction. At the same time, to deal with the root of the problem, they've decided to attack Bern. Roy believed that it was to the disadvantage of the defeated Lycian Alliance and thought of the impact on Etruria's knights. As a result, he assumed the title of the general of Etruria's army. With the support of the Elimine Order, he embarked on the journey. But facing him was the harsh climate of the frozen land of Ilia, and against him was Bern's occupation army under the command of the leader of the three Dragon Generals, Murdock, as well as the obedient factions of Ilia's knight battalions. Under these circumstances, Roy arrived at Rime Castle, near the border of Ilia...
Murdock: Narshen was defeated? Gale: Yes... Was it really right to not aid him? Murdock: This was the order of His Majesty. In addition, we of the Bern army do not need those who can't get rid of the seeds of hatred they themselves planted. Alucard: Sir Murdock... What will happen to us now... Murdock: Lord Alucard, you are to command this castle. Prime Minister Roartz, you will command Andes castle. Prepare for a counter-offensive. Alucard: Wait! Since this is so near Etruria, the enemy will attack immediately! Murdock: On the other hand, attacking from here is also easy. Roartz: Isn't Andes castle in the heartland of Ilia? Murdock: If you really had the will to prepare a counter-attack, is not now the best opportunity? Alucard: Will Bern lend a hand in taking back Etruria? Murdock: If we attack and win, Etruria will become Bern's territory. Do you not care? Please consider your strategies by yourselves. Let us end this discussion. Please excuse me.
After Roartz and Alucard leave Gale: Is this really the best way to deal with them? Murdock: Do not worry. Take care of your own mess: this is Bern's policy. Speaking of this... the enemy's general is named Roy? ...That the Lycian Alliance we nearly destroyed not too long ago can make such an advance now... If the opportunity arises, I hope to meet that kid on the battlefield.
At Roy's camp Yoder: We will arrive at Etruria's border shortly. Roy: Bishop Yoder, thank you for all your assistance. Because of you and the Order, the march could take place at such a pace. Yoder: If not for your taking back Acreia, we would still be enduring Bern's control. In light of that, the trouble now is but a trifle. Lord Roy, please help in one more thing. If, in your campaign, you receive any new information concerning dragons... Roy: I understand. If any news arises, I will notify you immediately. Yoder: Thank you. Oh! Another thing: According to the local residents, each day, at a certain time, a sand path will appear in the strait... Roy: A path? Then we can ford the strait? Yoder: Yes. Originally, you can't reach the castle you see on the opposing shore without a detour. If a sand path really appears, then would not attacking the castle be easy? War is expensive, and battles should be swift. You need to pay attention to time when waging war. Roy: I understand. I will try. Yoder: Farewell. May you go with St. Elimine's protection...
After the battle Merlinus: Governor Alucard... that the former governor of the Wester Isles could end up like this... Roy: Yes. Even I could not imagine that only one year ago, the continent was the picture of peace... Perhaps it is the same in Bern... Merlinus: Lord Roy, what is it that you hold in your hand? Roy: This? It's called the "Fire Emblem." Princess Guinivere entrusted it to me. At that time... she seemed tormented... Even at the last moment, she must be hoping that her brother would repent... Merlinus: Sibling love. As strangers, we would not think that way. Roy: Why? Merlinus: The enemy is the King of Bern. No matter what, he is a man who would commit patricide to gain the throne. How can he be swayed by bonds of kinship? Roy: He murdered his own father? Merlinus: Lord Roy, you do not know? Because of the former King's death, Zephiel was able to ascend the throne, and the former King's death was too suddent. As a result, all sorts of rumors emerged. Roy: One of which was that the son, the present King of Bern, Zephiel... Merlinus: Assassination... Roy: ...Does Princess Guinivere know this? Merlinus: How could she not? Roy: ...

Chapter 17B: The Bishop's Directions (Sacae route)
Taking advantage of the Lycian Alliance's attempt to take back Etruria's capital Acreia, other observing regional powers of Etruria continued to defect to the coup de tat faction. The Prime Minister and the governor of the Western Isles, Alucard, pursued by Etruria, fled to Sacae. Sacae is a broad plain in the middle of the continent, which Bern and certain Sacae tribes invaded. Each tribe continuously moved, maintaining the nomadic way of life. Under the leadership of the liberated capital, Etruria and the Lycian Alliance formed an allied army and marched toward Ilia to pursue the coup de tat faction. At the same time, to deal with the root of the problem, they've decided to attack Bern. Roy believed that it was to the disadvantage of the defeated Lycian Alliance to use its name and thought of the impact on Etruria's knights. As a result, the army was renamed "Etruria's army," and he became its commander. With the support of the Elimine Order, he embarked on the journey. But the people of Sacae held deep resentment of foreign invasions. With the aid of the largest tribe, the Jute tribe, the Bern army's western division, headed by Brunia of the three Dragon Generals, met Roy's advance. Under these circumstances, Roy arrived at the Etruria-Sacae border.
Brunia: At the end, Narshen failed at the defense... Soldier: That is correct... Brunia: That's how it is... Alucard: L... Lady Brunia... what would you do with us? Brunia: Do not worry. We do not neglect our partner. I, Brunia of the three Dragon Generals, swear it! Alucard: Oh. Thank you... Brunia: Lord Alucard, please command the Talis region. Prime Minister, your are responsible for the Procar region. I entrust them to you. Alucard: Ah... wait! So near to the capital, would not the enemy attack immediately? Brunia: Defeat them, and it will be all right. On the other hand, would it not be easy to attack as well? Alucard: Yes... yes... you are right... Roartz: Procar is in Sacae's heartland... I heard that the nomad resistance there is fierce... Brunia: Do you mean that you can't deal with such a trivial matter? Roartz: Of course... of course not... Brunia: I heard that the leader of the enemy army, a youth named Roy, rebuilt the Lycian Alliance, endured countless trials, thwarting schemes one after another, and arrive at his position now. Compared to his situation, yours now is like heaven, no? I have to say farewell. May you retake Etrutria soon.
Soldier: Just like that? Brunia: There is no need to give any more aid to cowards to abandon their own country and sneak away. Lend them territories and soldiers, and they should be thankful. Soldier: ...
There is one more thing that I must tell you. In this region, there is a path in the mountains. So, tonight... Roy: Wait, you mean a sneak attack? Yoder: Yes. Through this path, you can reach the Bern-controlled Talis Castle. Roy: I understand. It will be done. Yoder: Farewell. May you go with St. Elimine's protection...
After the battle Merlinus: Governor Alucard... that the former governor of the Wester Isles could end up like this... Roy: Yes. Even I, a year ago, would not imagine marshalling an army, but such could be fate. Perhaps it is the same for Bern's King... Merlinus: Eh? Lord Roy, what is it that you hold in your hand? Roy: This? It's called the "Fire Emblem." Merlinus: Oh, this little gem... Roy: Princess Guinivere entrusted it to me. At that time... she seemed tormented... At the last moment, she must've thought of King Zephiel. Chapter 18A The Frozen River
After defeating the former governor of the Western Isles, Alucard, Roy headed toward the frozen land of Ilia. When they entered the thick forests unique to Ilia, lost elder magic awaited them, as well as the Ilia Occupation Army led by bishop general Martin of Bern's northern division...
In the castle Martin: Dame Niime is here? Good. Bring her here. Niime: Do you want something of me? Martin: You are the "Mountain Hermit," Niime? Niime: I'm surprised that even now, there are people who call me by that name. I am Niime. Martin: I heard that you can use the elder magic tome from the Scouring. Is that true? Niime: I believe so. I, as a dark magician, have researched elder magic for decades. Martin: I heard that the tome can control weather. Niime: Perhaps it is true. Martin: Then I command you to use the tome to cause a tempest, causing the river to flood, forcing the attacking Etruria Army to stop. Niime: That is what is expected, but what will happen, I do not know. In addition, the tome you hold can only be used once. Martin: Enough! Just follow orders! Before, you said you wanted to join this army! Now is the time to show your sincerety! Niime: ...
At Roy's camp Roy: Princess Guinivere... Our army will approach Bern shortly. Guinivere: ...yes... Roy: Then, there will be more battles with the Bern army. Soon, we will be engaging Bern's home guard. Guinivere: ... Roy: Before then, there is something I want to ask you. Guinivere: What is it? Roy: A few days ago, I heard that King Zephiel murdered Bern's former king... his own father... to seize the throne... I believe it to be false. It can't be true, because you had the will to abandon your own country, all to stop him. If King Zephiel is really such a cruel man, you would not make such a sacrifice for him, right? Guinivere: ... Roy: That you gave the "Fire Emblem" to me, only to aid in fighting Bern, is because you felt that you still could not find the "path to peace" ... Guinivere: Lord Roy... Roy: So, I beg of you, tell me the truth yourself? Guinivere: I'm sorry... time... please give me some time... (Guinivere leaves) Roy: Princess Guinivere! Merlinus: What happened? It's rare to see the Princess panic like this... Roy: ...Nothing. How is it on your side? Merlinus: We've gathered much information. It looks like we have trouble: Among the enemies, there is a dark magician named Niime. Roy: Dark magician... Merlinus: She is an expert in elder magic, and her knowledge is deep... Roy: But, we have no choice. We will advance with care!
After some time Martin: Hey! Have you finished? Niime: ...To tell you the truth, I do not know what will happen. Martin: It doesn't matter. Start! (Niime starts casting) Martin: This...! The river... the river is frozen! Niime: Ah... this happened... Martin: You bastard! You did this on purpose! Niime: What are you talking about? I said I don't know what will happen... Martine: Shut up! Guards! Take her to the dungeon.
After the battle Roy: May I ask your name? Niime: Me? I am the one called Niime. Normally, I hide in the mountains and research elder magic. Roy: Didn't you freely join Bern? Why did... Niime: Haha, that is but a convenience, because there are things I would like to find out in Bern's army. Roy: Things you want to know? Niime: About dragons. Roy: ! Niime: Your color changed. It looks like I've hit a sensitive spot. Roy: ...Not the dragon knights' flying dragons, but Bern's... Niime: Yes, those, the dragon brood that is supposedly destroyed in the Scouring... Roy: How could you have know... Niime: I first thought that the war that Bern started was just an ordinary war, but after closer observation, I found some ominous things in the army, so I came to investigate. Roy: Have you found anything? Niime: No. There were impediments to my progress. The mysteries surrounding the dragons are many. I secretly read some of Bern's ancient tomes, but I did not find any useful information. But... if they continue to act this way, they may cause the demon dragon to revive... Roy: The chief of dragons that the hero Hartmut fought? Niime: Correct. Originally, dragon's durability and intelligence, compared with humans, are undisputedly superior. But... the believed deciding factor in the Scouring... This is but a hypothesis: The writings in ancient tomes tell of a demon dragon with the ability to produce countless dragons... Roy: Are you saying that if Bern revives the demon dragon, then they can use it to produce large numbers of dragons? Niime: Something like that... I have a request. I want to solve the mystery of the dragons. May I travel with you? You won't lose much anyway. Roy: All right... We want to know more about dragons as well. Of course, there is some danger, but if you are willing...

I thought that Dayan was the Silver Wolf? Ah well, no matter. XD Sorry if the punctuation is ever so slightly off, when I went to copy and paste from the original, some Chinese and unknown characters showed up. ><;;;
Chapter 18B: Law of Sacae
After defeating the governor of the Western Isles, Alucard, Roy finally advances toward the Sacae plains. Since Bern's invasion, the anti-Bern tribes and the Jute tribe that cooperated with Bern were mostly destroyed. Among the remaining ones was the defeated chief of the Kutolah, called the "Grey Wolf" Dayan, who led a band of guerillas and continued resistance. As soon as Roy arrived at the plains, he found the Jute, the plains' largest tribe, using Sacae tribes' special battle tactics, blocking his way.
Enemy camp Soldier: The Etruria army has appeared at the west. Monk: Oh. Lead them to our territory and let them know our might. Do the other tribes know of this? Soldier: Yes. Although we face great resistance for being allies with Bern, they would not watch and do nothing in the face of Etruria's invasion. Monk: Yes. This, compared to battling the Grey Wolf, is much easier. The opponent is but an invading army. Soldier: In the face of invaders, we must unite and fight back. Monk: Yes. This is the law of Sacae. But the other tribes can't interfere in the inter-tribal wars between the Grey Wolf's Kutolah tribe and us. Soldier: Then, we follow Bern's army! Monk: Correct! But there is much hatred toward Bern's control of Sacae. Soldier: So it is. During our battles with the guerillas, we've heard that there are many tribes that hold the same view as the Grey Wolf. Monk: Tsk. That idiot who lost his tribe still does not understand that the fate of opposing Bern is death. Soldier: Because the city Bulgar opposed Bern, it was attacked and occupied. Monk: If we but follow the stronger, we will be victorious. To this end, it's convenient to use the obsolete law of Sacae, heheh.
At Roy's camp Roy: Princess Guinivere! From now on, we will be advancing towards Bern. Guinivere: Yes? Roy: Increased conflicts with Bern will follow, and soon, we will engage Bern's army in open combat. Guinivere: ... Roy: Before then, there is something I want to ask you. Guinivere: What is it? Roy: A few days ago, I heard that King Zephiel, he murdered the former King, his own father, to seize the throne! I believe the rumor to be false, because... it is not the truth! Because you abandoned your open country to stop him. If King Zephiel is really the cruel man the rumors say he is, you would not do such a thing for him, right? Guinivere: ... Roy: That you entrusted the Fire Emblem to me for the sole purpose of fighting Bern is because you felt that you could not find peaceful path you sought... Guinivere: Lord Roy... Roy: So, I beg of you, can you tell me the truth in your own words? Guinivere: I'm sorry... time... please give me a little time...
After the battle Merlinus: They were tough opponents. Roy: No matter. After we defeat Sacae's largest tribe, we must defeat the remaining in one swoop! Merlinus: Then, they will begin the counter-attack. Roy: Have you found their gathering place? Merlinus: I have sent out some scouts. They will return with news shortly. Please wait a bit longer. Guinivere: Lord Roy... Roy: Princess Guinivere, what's wrong? Guinivere: Didn't you want to ask me something? About my brother... Roy: Is it all right? Guinivere: Yes. I want you to know the secret of Bern's royal family before entering Bern. A few days ago, you asked whether my brother, Zephiel, murdered the former King. Roy: Yes... Guinivere: If you want an answer, it's true. Roy: ! Then, Zephiel murdered his own father to gain the throne... Guinivere: It's not like that! Roy: It's not? He did not assassinate the former King for the throne? Guinivere: No, the first to plan an assassination... was father... Roy: Eh? Then, then King Zephiel was... Guinivere: Unable to endure his cruel ways. He, with his own hands... murdered fa-- father... Roy: Is that the truth? Merlinus: Lord Roy, we found the enemy's gathering place! Oh? What happened with you two? Guinivere: No? Ah, lets speak of this later! Merlinus: Did I come at a bad time? Roy: No. Not at all. About that: Where is the enemy's gathering place? Merlinus: At Bulgar. Roy: Bulgar? I've heard of it. Merlinus: Right. It's Sacae's largest city. After Bern's occupation, it became desolate. Roy: Is that so? Understood. We'll advance there! Roy: But, Bern's former King, his own son? why?

Chapter 19A: Winter's General
After defeating Bishop Martin, awaiting Roy on the other side of the forest was Ilia's unique blizzard.... Till this date, nobody knows how many invaders this cruel weather drop off. Thus, those who are thankful for it call it "Winter's General." The pegasus knight commander, Sigurney, plans to assault Roy with Ilia's strongest "Winter's General."
Squad member: Captain Sigurney! According to the report, the enemy has arrived at the other size of the mountain. Sigurney: At last, they've arrived. Square member: ...Captain, if I may ask a question? I've heard that the enemy wants to liberate the continent from Bern's control. If this is true, Ilia's independence... Sigurney: Do you really believe what those people say? Where can you find idiots who truly fight for the people in this world? What would they do after they defeat Bern? Occupy Ilia? Square member: that... is possible... Sigurney: Then, we will follow the stronger side. Bern is the stronger. If you have time to dwell on this nonsense, you are better off thinking about fighting the enemy in front of us. Are the ballistae ready? Squad member: An archer has been deployed at each. Sigurney: Haha... After the enemy has been hit by the blizzard, it will be difficult for them to note their surroundings. Feel the terror of the famed "Winter's General" of Ilia.
On the other side Roy: What a fierce snowstorm. We can't see around us like this. Niime: Hehe, the winters in Ilia are always like this. It is said that winter is a burden upon warfare. There is nothing we can do. Roy: But we have no time to lose... Niime: Yes. If the demon dragon reawakens, then matters will be complicated. Roy: Matron, what does the demon dragon look like? Will it be like the dragons we have seen till now? Does it hold the appearanc eof a human? Niime: Probably. All dragons have probably assumed human appearance, but whether this assumption is true is unknown. It is said that a tribe of dragons took human form and lived with humans. Roy: The Nabata village... Niime: ? I don't know the details, but ancient tomes say that after the "End's Winter," dragons became to take human form. Roy: "End's Winter" ... Niime: You should have heard of it? Roy: Yes. "At that time, nature was 'order' was distorted: Day became night, summer became winter, the sky and the earth raged as if they wanted to end all life." Niime: Yes. Briefly said, End's Winter is a disaster that changed the world. Roy: What caused it? Niime: Hm... one legend is that because of the enormous amount of magic dragons used, nature's laws became distorted. I do not know the true casuse. However, it is true that dragons began taking human form at that time. I believe there is some connection. The truth behind dragons is in Bern.
After the battle: Guinivere: ...Lord Roy Roy: Princess Guinivere, what's wrong? Guinivere: Didn't you... want to ask me? About my brother. Roy: ... is it all right with you? Guinivere: ...Before you enter Bern, I want you to know the royal family's secrets. A few days ago, you asked whether my brother, Zephiel, murdered the former king... It's true. Roy: Then, to get the throne, King Zephiel did... Guinivere: That's not true! Roy: No? It's not for the throne? Guinivere: The first to plan assassinations... was my father, the King. Roy: Then... then... King Zephiel was? Guinivere: Unable to endure his cruelty. With his own hands, he... Roy: What is the truth... Merlinus: Eh? What happened with you two? Guinivere: It was nothing... lets speak of this another time... Merlinus: ...Did I come at a bad time? Roy: No, not at all. Did you deliver the letter? Merlinus: Yes. It was sealed and sent immediately. Roy: Sorry to bother you. Bern's former King, his own son, why...
