Axis doesn't make sense. It said in the screenshot 'What kiseki will his sword draw?' You can't draw an axis. I don't even think it's the right kanji anyways from looking at the letters' meanings, and I suggested 'axis' in the first place in another thread.

Axis also means "an imaginary line that's something something something"...
Dictionary.com has too many big words. >_<
But Trail makes sense when putting it there.

Fire Emblem: Trails of the Azure Flame. www.ticon.net/~willfam/fe2.jpg Someone fully translated the article and wrote over it in english. Edit: It may be Trials... he/she transposed a few letters here and there, so I'm not sure, but I'm guessing Trails.

And, by what we've been discussing, it may not be trial.

Definitely Trails. The two kanji are ~ Wheel and Tracks.

And Azure definetally sounds like they'd put it in a name of a game before 'Blue', so I'm guessing that that name translation is pretty right.

Although it may be right, it isn't, for sure, the only possible. Remember that.

Correctness aside, I personally like Miracle of the Blue Flame the most, it has an aura of fantasy about it.

Well, let's think about it: Axis is not only a political term for the temporary unification of nation-states, but also as an imaginary guideline of sorts through an object, usually round (say, a track/line through a wheel of sorts- a wagon wheel).
Perhaps the kanji may signify otherwise, but- and correct me if I'm wrong- there is no REAL kanji for "axis".
Besides, "Axis of the Blue Flame" just screams out evil alliance of nations. But I'm cool with Trail or Trial of the Azure Flame as well- as long as it's not the Miracle of the Flower Garden.

Miracle of the Flower Garden? Agh. Sounds like something that you would expect in some Barbie commercial.

It cannot be Trials. I have no idea who translated it as that but it's not even the right word.
There may not be a definite translation for names a lot of times, but there are ones that are definitely wrong. It's not a maybe, Iit is DEFINITELY not trial as I've been saying. It's definitely not axis either.
Axis definitely doesn't make sense and I don't think it's the right word anyways. I can guarantee you that it isn't axis even without looking at the kanji because it wouldn't make sense in the sentence.
There is a definite term for axis as a center of a spinning object, and it's called 'jikusen'. 'jiku' is the letter for 'axel' like the axel of a wheel, and 'sen' is line. There is another word for it which is what I cannot recall, but the kanji in this 'kiseki' does not make sense.
I did comment before on blue. I guess I'd go with azure also. It definitely isn't your everyday blue so azure sounds right.
Edit: It's also definitely not miracle or flower garden either, and I don't even know what the hell pyroxene is so don't worry about any of those.
Edit2: For the record I'm 99% sure it is Trail of Azure Flame. 'Azure' is interchangable with another form of blue other than 'Blue' and 'Flame' is interchangable with 'Blaze'. Flame seems to fit the rest of the title better and azure sounds like the best there is.
