I was thinking, since everybody hates new members not reading the stickied topic maybe there should be another stickied topic where older members can adopt new people. There the new members can ask their adoptee if they feel like their going to look stupid or something. The adopter should be an old member with at least 100 sensible posts. This way the new person CALMLY gets their question answered and other peoples blood pressure will stay down. It's probably not going to happen but I thought it was worth a shot.

Not necessary, because there is already a list of people that could be called "adopters".
They are:
TerranigmaFreak (admin)
captamzai (admin)
Paola (good luck finding her)
Flame Police (ditto, though he's not the perfect role model, either)
Eaichu
Summerwolf
gamersara
kyuusei
superbus

Not really needed since like Superbus you could always ask a mod but from time to time doesn't a newb just PM you and ask questions it happens to me alot, then they never stop PMing until it drives you mad though some newbies are fun to talk though.......... Though if I might suggest it would be good if you posted all the mods in one topic or something since newbies tend to PM asking for a list of mods. Edit: Really never noticed that before I'm abit too lazy to read some posts  . |
