What's the critical rate based on? I know that it can only happen when the person has the critical hit skill or when an item has a critical component or 50 kills...but what's the percentage?

The chance of a critical attack is Skill/100
To do critical attack you need: Weapon with over 50 kills, Person with critical skill or weapons with critical skill (e.g.Mystolin or Killer bow)

If I remember right, when you have a weapon with >50 kills, the higher the number of kills on this weapon, the higher the critical rate will be, right ? I'm wondering... What's the calculation of the critical rate, in that case ?  Is it a thing like, after there's 50 kills, each 10 kills gives 10 more pts on critical rate ? |

No, I don't think anything higher than 50 would increase the critical rate. Just as long as you get 50 and up kills and you'll start critical attacking.

Oops, I've forgot this post... Are you really sure TF ? Cos I'm really wondering, if finally the "greater the number of kills is, the better the critical rate is" bit is true... You know, I've seen, that on a same character, with 2 identical weapons, and the same condition of attack, a weapon with, say, 80 kills, criticals more often than the 50-kills one... |

Iono about u guyz... but i've had a 100 kill hero sword that criticalz everytimei hit someone with it... it may be juss me though... or maybe its just Ayra ;D

If you think about it... what would be the point of 100-Star-ing a weapon if it wasn't increasing critical? Like in that comic... they might as well have used a 50-star sword if 100-star doesn't give any extra bonuses...
It's just too bad they don't give your current critical value in the battle stats...

If you think about it... what would be the point of 100-Star-ing a weapon if it wasn't increasing critical? Like in that comic... they might as well have used a 50-star sword if 100-star doesn't give any extra bonuses... It's just too bad they don't give your current critical value in the battle stats... Actually i've noticed that the 100 star swords critical ALOT more often than just a 50 star sword... i juss wanted to 100 star the hero sword juss cuz the blade seemed a lil bloodthirsty... and bloodthirsty it is~! soldiers have committed mass suicide trying to kill ayra... idiots... |

I only wish they did that for Sety.
Everyone runs away from my Sety or just surrounds him without attacking....o.o
I on average usually only get 27 stars on my Holsety by the Final Chapter because of that.

Really? o__o; That's rather odd.. most of the enemies love to run straigth into my Sety, only to get killed.. And what about the kills Levin made with Holsety? He didn't had the Holy Weapon for such a long time, but I think you can at least kill 10~20 people with it.. It's true that enemies tend to leave the characters alone they can't hit.. Like Deu.. When you put him in a forest on the chapter you get him the Axe Fighters surround him and do nothing except the "leader" of the group.. He actually attacks untill Deu manages to kill him.. which takes REALLY long.. Maybe they aren't as stupid as they look? |

Thats pretty true but I don't think the kills carry over from the first generation.
And in most cases the enemies would only attack Sety if I equipped him with Tornado if with Holsety only the boss ever takes a shot.

Hmm...I'm not sure, but I think having a 50-star weapon gives you the Berzerk ability, but getting it to 100 stars increases the Critical percentage...
