How to use the ISP patch?

Hi,

I'm have stumble upon the ISP patch to translated FF4 into English, but i'm not quite sure how to use it. Can anyone tell me how to apply the patch to the ROM?

You have the newest versions of Zsnes or Snes9x right? Just rename your ISP file to the same name as your snes rom except it should end with .ips... here's an example. If your Fire Emblem 4 rom is called FE4.smc then rename your isp file to FE4.ips and just start the emu and it'll autopatch the rom.
