You can find cheat at gamefaqs. To use cheat just click on cheats in the menu of SNES9x and then type in the code in the code section(it's labelled) then once you enter it click on add code and the cheat will be applied. Once the cheat is applied you'l also see a box next to the cheat with a check in it. If you uncheck it, it'll disable the cheat. We do have a cheat for tank mode but I don't know where it went.

Well, let's use good ol' tank as an example.
The code for the amount of damage the enemy does to you in battle is 7E4F4FXX, where XX is the amount that they're going to deal. Obviously, we don't want any, so make XX zero, or 00. This gives you 7E4F4F00. So you go to the cheat menu, I don't know what it looks like in SNES9X, and find whereever it is you put the cheats in and type that number in and OK it. Right, that's half. Next, we want to do a lot of damage. The code for the damage we do is 7E4EEFXX. Now, we want to do 99 damage. So is that 7E4EEF99 ? No, because it's in hexadecimal. That code would make you do 153 damage, which is overkill, really. 99 in hexadecimal is 63. You can work out the numbers on the windows calculator. Change it to 'Scientific', type the number you want to use in, then click on the 'Hex' radio button under the left of the calculator 'screen'. It will change the number to its corresponding Hex number.
So, our code is 7E4EEF63. Put that in the same way you did the first one.
Now, as for Alvien's codes: Most of them are number codes, ie: health, strength, etc. which you should know how to do now. The rest are either lists or bitwise codes, such as weapon type (list) or holy blood (bitwise). He has lists of what each number does, but for no apparent reason he put all the lists at the end of the file, instead of before/after the section they are used in.
