Can someone tell me how to run the translation for FE4?? I cannot seem to get it working.

You don't 'run' a translation. You use the IPS patches with something that can patch the .SMC files,like SNESTool.(very reliable and easy to use)

You don't need the tools. You can patch it the easy way. You know your FE4 rom? Just just the ips the same name as your rom and the newest version of zsnes and snes9x will auto patch it. Here's an example. If your rom is called FE4.smc, then rename your ips patch to FE4.ips and then just run your emu.
