Where and how do you get the Tirfing in the second part of the game(Chapters 6-11),if possible?
Also,who does Claude need to be paired up with in order to give the Valkyrie to a staff user?

In chapter 10, if you can rescue the bishop who runs with the kids when attacking the last castle then use Celic to talk to him, you will receive the Tirfing.
The only one I'm sure is Sylvia, let pair her with Claude^_^

Actually I think you could also pair Claude up with Fury and have Sety with the Valk staff

Yes Sety can use the staff if Claude is paired with Furry.
