I'm having some trouble deciding who's good for it.

It depends on who you have leveled higher. Bring at least two healers and two rest staffs though. Whoever has high magic defense, high speed, plus I brought along mages who had long range spells.

Ok thanks, but I don't believe I have any mages that know any long range spells (though I dearly wish I did....)

Um I'm not sure what your on about 14 or 14G?
If 14 than mostly flying units and magic units, for 14G than magic units and paladins or any other fast strong units are good. Its also wise to put the Magic Up staff into use now as well it'll give you some heavy extra defence against magic.

Just don't forget the rest staffs, whatever you do.
Berserk Noah = YEOW.

Alen.
Noah is the most balanced in stats, but he's also..the highest levelled at that point. I mean, he was my first promotion. =P
I had no Rest Staff that first playthrough either. I just made everyone (but Fir) run way the hell away from Noah. :P
(Actually, what amazes me that a Bishop tried to cast berserk on Fir - which would have been worse - with 96% accuracy.
HE FRICKING MISSED.)

The accuracy was 100% with like every other character, but Fir's speed was higher.
Wow.. the accuracy with berserk staffs is WAY lower in FE7. o_O

You know, I always wondered what determines the accuracy of the staves. I always thought it was a combination of speed and magic defence. Does magic defence have any effect on dodging staves?
