She looks like, her stat grows like, she attacks like, she CRITICALS like a myrmidon. =P

Yes, but Lin lacks the 15% critical bonus that swordmasters have.

That's pretty much all she lacks. :P
Though she does have her own sword with a higher critical rate on it. Not as high as the kill sword or the swordfighters' katana, but...

well in the dictionary myrmidon means loyal follower
other swords in multiple games, masamune, murasame, muramasa er.. the weapons in final fantasy

Notice how character names and the names of places aren't dominantly Japanese. Instead the names seem to be from European languages (Spanish, French, etc.). Gonzales is perfect example. They have named those charecters like that from FE1, I think.  |

I noticed the other day Lin, like swordfighters, is weak vs the swordkiller axe. Figures. =P
The killer sword isn't special..anyone who can use a sword can use it as long as their sword skill is high enough. =P

You mean the Swordkiller does extra damage on Lyn as well or that Lyn just won't fight as well against it? Is it class change or not class changed Lyn? I have a feeling it's class changed since Lyn is lord before class change. You know Lyn can't use the Katana even though she looks like a Swordmaster. That's kinda disappointing. |

Anyway.. the SwordKiller axe has a bonus vs. swordfighters and swordmasters. Just the same it has a bonus against Lin.
Other than that, she fights well against ANYTHING I toss her up against.
