You can talk to her in the gaiden chapter with an Arena, Darts, and lots of pirates. She's in that building which is different from the others, near your starting positions. If you meet her, Jake(I think, I'm not sure if it's him) will talk to you in a later stage(it's either 17 or 18 of Eliwood's route).
I don't remember his map sprite, but by the look of his face he seemed more like a pirate than a sniper. That and he was in that pirate ship.

Anna's boyfriend's name was Jake? I don't remember. All I remember is that she had a boyfriend that worked for Fargus.

She's the same in 1 and 3 also. Yea I remember talking to her in that chap with Dart. But I lost and forgot to talk to her again.
EDIT: The arena dude is the same from FE1, and 3

My friend came up with an idea of how the games are connected. Have you played FE1? When you go get the Fire Emblem you go in this castle and Marth talks to a women that looks just like the Queen of Bern in FE7. So my friend thinks that Bern Stole the Fire Emblem and Marth came to take it back. ;D I like that idea
