I've heard many rumours regarding this topic. It MIGHT come out seeing that FE7 was a success. But probably FE7 will be the only English version for FE..or maybe like 3 years later there would be FE8. 0_o Of which I doubt, however.  |

About this I heard today something about this from a friend which like to be an official rumor/news: In a bad translate, they told in a next magazine they 'disclose' a new Fire Emblem for GameCube or Game Boy Advance. The only thing I can say is: wait and see  |

The ending is there because it wouldn't make sense if everyone lived happily ever after. FE6 takes place after FE7 even though it came out first.
Remember last year when FE7 poped out of nowhere to surprise us? Could they do it again this year? I hope not cause I want them to work harder on the next FE and make it something totally new.

yea, a complete one new would be nice...since ive played the sixth FE at least 8 times...(dunno i splitted playing on gba and *cough*emulator*cough*, so i dont have all the extra characters..>< ) and still, i dont know anything about the whole story *laugh*!..and though, im kinda too lazy to read the translate archieves....-_-

It would be cool if they make a FE on GC with 3D graphic ;D An English FE6 would be nice thus, since I'm playing the game without any clue wat's goin on  |

I don't think 3D can bring something good in this game, it'll be very strange......... Not necessarily. Sure, maybe it's not what FE fans would be used to... but just look at Dynasty Tactics. It plays almost like a 3D Fire Emblem, and some people love it! I think Nintendo and Int.Sys. could pull it off and still make it a hit. =) |

I prefer the artwork style we've got for characters, it looks like a little bit "manga" ^_^ Cell shading, I confirm it's not appropriate.

Cel-shading is perfect for Fire Emblem. I don't know why people don't like cel-shading. Fire Emblem has an anime look, cel-shading is the only way we'll see the character look exactly as their protraits do. Imagine a 2D drawing and when you play you see a ploygon model that looks nothing like the one in the drawing... yuck. Plus cel-shading is 3D.
