Fire Emblem 5 occurs during the second half of Fire Emblem 4. You'll be able to find out what happens to them afterwards.
Unless you really want to know what happens to them before you get up to it? I'm operating under the assumption that you don't know that they're in 4 for the moment, but it could be that you do know.

Highlight to read.
Spoiler: Ishtar also seems an unlikely enemy in FE4, but she is Yurius girlfriend, so... and Trabant is a foe, too. You kill them both.

There isn't a way to avoid it,because even if you decide not to kill them, when you capture their head castle they disappear anyway.

If you don't, you can't advance in the game. You face Ishtar thrice, however, and she flees when defeated in the two first occasions. I think it's theorically possible to not kill her in the last face-off, but... well. You can't recruit her, anyway. That's a pity, I admit.

also do you know why some character(some generals in the empire) refer to Yurius as prince Yurius in fire emblem 5, i am quite confused about that.

Julius is the son of Princess Diadora and Alvis.
Ishtar will run back to the castle for reinforcements if you kill all her troops off, and you _could_ block off the entryway and kill Julius off while she's inside, but she'd still die anyway, you just wouldn't see it...

Kill them just for the heck of it. Plus you get lots of experience from killing Ishutar anyway. One thing I find strange is that you get experience if you kill Yurius. That was funny.

They were too lazy to make him a special case, I guess. I don't know how much experience Ishtar gives by that time, though. After all, I leave her to the almighthy levle-30 Holsety-user Sety. It's so fun to kill her with one hit.
