Bartre you can have him on the chapter 11B with talking him with his daughter Fir....
But........ how can you get on A or B roads ?

You can talk to him with Roy as well. You can't miss Bartre, he looks like Wario when he's old.

Its the nose I tell you....
But on Ch-9 depending on which of the top 2 villages you talk to you'll go on the A or B route.
Bartre is on the B route recruitable by Roy or Fil.
And if you read Karla's ending she dies whether or not she gets with Bartre.

This makes no sense, doesn't bartre and karla's ending (A support) in FE7 say something like karla died and bartre joined her. Its pretty obvious firs mother is karla yet bartre is alive. WTF.
