I've once again, taken it upon myself to complete a game in Fire Emblem 6 using only the oldest characters that there are... Unfortunately, I had already completed this task a long while back, but now I am trying it in another fashion... I aim to defeat the game using these characters on hard mode! I don't think I will even manage to get past a certain point in the game, but I will play until there is no possible way left to win...
So far, I'm on Chapter 4. Which is a royal pain, because of everything being split up and only being able to *really* fight with Roy & Marcus... I'm forced to use other units, though, cause they have to stick around for this map.
I'm planning on using Roy, Marcus, Zealot, Niime, Garret, Bartre, Karel, Douglas, Fa, Sofia, Yoder, Dayan and Yuuno...
Bwahaha, I forgot to add certain people to the list... But that's all fine and fixed now. Thanks for the reminder, TF & Seti!

What about Cecilia and Douglas? And Percival, maybe? Cecila and Percival aren't old and I think he just forgot to include Douglas. |

Note for some people, this isn't a quest to use promoted characters only-- which is why I'm not using Percival or Cecila, only the characters that have the top priority of age amongst all the other units in the game.

Heeeeeey. I didn't suggest them because they're promoted. I just thought that you chose a bit too few chars and would need some not-so-old ones. Maybe I (greatly) misjudged their ages, though. |

I have a feeling that Karel,Fa,and Sophia have an advantage over everyone else... Karel comes to late, Fa only has 30 uses, but Sophia does have an advantage......the advantage of getting double attack by an enemy and missing her targets:D. Doesn't mean he can't beat it anyway. |

I never said that you couldn't cheat with Fa,plus you have the arena for Sophia. And also even though Karel comes late,he can still substitute someone else to whoop some ass.

So far, so good... There haven't been many problems, though I did have to restart Chapter 7 many a time because Zealot could not resist the pure temptation of getting himself killed... Now my progress lies to defeat Chapter 9!
I managed to arena abuse a little bit, which helps out the difficulty of this mission alot. Zealot only made it to Lv. 8, but Roy & Marcus are now Lv. 20. I had to use Vulenary for healing, which didn't make money-making too easy... And saving money is the main reason that Zealot is only Lv. 8. ¬_¬
Roy - HP 34, STR 15, SKL 14, SPD 15, LUK 20, DEF 10, RES 4
A Swords
A Support with Marcus
Marcus - HP 45, STR 20, SKL 17, SPD 22, LUK 17, DEF 12, RES 11
S Spears, S Axes, A Swords
A Support with Roy
Zealot - HP 42, STR 12, SKL 14, SPD 17, LUK 6, DEF 15, RES 8
Merlinus - Default starting stats with 8 EXP
About every other character is killed, save Elen amd Rutger.
I expect Sofia to be one of the most powerful units once I get her up to par, though leveling her on hard route will not be easy-- But I will prevail!
