Sophia has better growths,but she starts out REALLY weak. I'd use both,though.

I say use Ray if you like a pretty strong unit and Sofiya if you want really powerful magic and magic defence

Rei is level 12
Basically both become solid units.......
Even if you don't like one just train one of them to use Apocalypse that spell alone is easily the strongest Divine General Weapon.

As far as I can tell, both of them have low luck and defense(but sophia's is about 5% better growth in those, but her low starting stats even them out). Sophia has better res and magic and Rei has better skill and speed. IMO, if you must choose one, then use Rei, since dark magic has the lowest hit rate and he is faster.
