Aha I know this one!!!
Member card- Hugh comes with it in Chapter 16!
Secret Shop 1- Chapter 16 (square where Tsais is on)
Secret Shop 2- Chapter 21 (in mountains- please ask me about this one if you want)

Wow... what about your other characters?
You must be mad if you've got all that money- I used the arena loads but could only buy around 20-30 stat up items
