Ok I'm asking for a lot more than just Premotion item locations.
Where are the free Premotion items?
Where are the Secret Shops, and say the content, or at least if they have premotion items.
Where do you get the Member Card?
And where are the Arenas?
Where can you get free Stat-enhancing items (Angel Robe, etc)
And where can you buy these items?
Thanks in advance for all these questions.

Wow that is a lot to answer
You get the members Card off Hugh who appears in chapter 26.
The secret shops are in Chapter 16 (square which Tsais is on) and Chapter 21 (opening near the north east mountains)
First shop has promotion items for sure
Second shop you can buy all stat raising items and some spells like Purge
EDIT1: The arenas are in:
Chapter 7, 10(Erufin), 11(Lalam), 15, 17(Sacae), 20(Ilia)
I'm sure I missed a few but nevermind

Thanks. And do you have a general idea how much these things cost. (Not that it matters I have over 100,000 in the chapter that I first get Lalam. Which I thought was 10 (Lalam) which has an Arena)
Plus what chapter do you get the Silver Card in?

silver card is in the desert chapter at the upper left hand side bones...
the promotion items cost 8000 each

Huh? Let me check:
Chapter 8- Ostia chapter where you rescue Lilina
Ch9- Fog of war where you choose route
Ch10(Lalum)-Where there are ballistas
Ch10(Erufin)-Gonzales and bandits chapter
Ch11(Lalum)-Mines chapter where Lalum appears
Ch11(Erufin)-Barthol chapter
Ch12-Jutes chapter
Huh? Lalum sure does appear in Ch11 I'm sure, nevermind I make mistakes sometimes!

I'm on 12 gaiden right now and can someone tell me how soon I get three more Hero's Crests? I've got Fir, Dieck and Oujay waiting at lvl 20. Oh and a Guiding Ring for my 20 Lugh?
Edit: And Rei's gonna need a Guiding Ring soon. There seems to be an arena on 13, but I'm not sure. It looks like one.

Thanks, I finished the chapter by the time I saw it. I only missed the Speedwings.
I got all my guys premoted now. And there's an arena on 17 (Sacae) so I'm happy.
You can train Fa in the arena right? And it won't use up the stone?
