Wrong game. Holy Blood only applies to FE4 and a little in FE5. None of the other games have Holy Blood.

Marth is a decendant of the original veilder of the Falchion(don't know spelling). To my knowlege, Alm doesn't ahve any. I thought you were talking about FE4 Holy Blood

I think Alm and Marth are related. Alm can use the Falchion as well. Plus the world of FEG takes place in the same world as the first FE. The 3 pegasus sisters joins, and Garnef is also there.

I was talking about the series released in the US. I do have the patch for Fire Emblem Gaiden. I should have clarified that.

Marth is the decsendant of Anri.
Also, I was told that FE Gaiden takes place in an alternate world... like Majora's Mask was to Ocarina of Time. I guess that info was wrong...

It might well be an alternate universe. The only connections with fe1 are: Garnef, The Falcion, Poala, Katua and Est. But in this game the Falcion is owned by the Regal royal family and not the atarian one. Geuss Falcion is a popular name or something. Those 3 peagasus sisters don't come out of nowehere. I can't remember if Arron read artaria or macedonia in the ending (all I can remember are the Engerish names like Arum and Est thanking everyone for rescueing her).

Hmm... okay, maybe the info wasn't entirely wrong. I guess that would make sense... then again, FE2 is the only one that I can understand at least a little plot to... so I couldn't compare it to FE1...
Why doesn't anybody finish the English patches? Think maybe when FE7 is released in America, people will work on them? I dunno... just a thought...

I can name you another game where the Falchion name is used, Starwolf : Soulblade, on PS1. One of Hwang's bonus sword is the Falchion (an extremely strong weapon in all aspects by the way, but suffers from a very heavy weight )

A Falchion is an actual type of sword though... it has a curved blade, and isn't very big if I remember right.
The Falchion from FE is probably the opposite of what an actual Falchion would be...

In true terms all the Falchion is, is an unbreakable ,weightless version of the dragon killer (can't remenber if its like that in gaiden). It doesn't look a thing like the real life one.

But the FE Falchion looks so much prettier than the Dragon Killer and the real falchion!
