You don't HAVE to pair them with someone, you know. The girls are the ones you have to pair. I don't have any recommendations for those two to be paired up with someone. Deu does have Bargain and Sun Hit after all,you could probably think about that one.

I'd suggest giving Deu/Bridget a whirl. But I prefer to keep Beowulf out of the gene pool entirely.

I'd advise Deu x Bridget or Deu x Ayra. But Beowulf? Well, I always castrate him. =P

I'm a fan of the Deu/Bridget pair myself. On the other hand, I find that Beowulf makes a very good father for Delmud and Nanna.
Maybe it's just dumb luck, but Delmud in particular makes an excellent front-line fighter. Particularly since he winds up with Continue, Advancing, and Charge. He's prone to unleashing three or four consecutive hits, letting his foe take another shot, and then swinging three more times. Even if his power isn't the highest, that's enough damage to whittle down nearly anyone.

Deu/Bridget is a must for every game I play. Faval becomes deadly and Patty becomes about as strong as Skasaha after class change with maxed out speed and sun hit.
Beowolf is not strong enough to be a good father...I tend to pair Finn with Lachesis.

In my current playthrough I'm (attempting to) pairing Beowulf with Bridget Dunno how that'll turn out. Delmudd normally ends up as a brick if Beowulf's his father, for me. Which is odd, because Beowulf generally ends up fairly powerful and fast. And further, I just don't like him. He needs a better hairstyle. Which is why I give him my vote as Worst. FE4. Character. Ever.

I really like the Deu/Briddgit pairing, the kids are strong, Patty is one of the rare characters who can inherits Sun Hit, and Faval can overuse the Ichieval thanks to Bargain. It's my favorite pairing for Briddgit, but I also like Jamuka (Faval is REALLY strong here) and Alec (thanks to Awareness Skill, Faval is THE Yurius-Slayer ^^ I loved so much killing the red-haired boy with Faval alone head-to-head "~^)
I'll try the Ayra/Deu pairing in my new game, I think it's a good pairing by seeing the stats, skills and equipment.
Beowulf is nice with Lachesis, but I tend to like Azel with her even more... Gotta love a Nanna top-notch healer, and a Delmudd extremely good in physical attacks AND magical attacks "~^
I like Beowulf with Edin... He gives the same skills than Midayle, and he easily gives a better all-around stats growth than him. Only bad point : he can't give any bows, so Lester with his Iron Bow is pretty bad until Chapter 8, where he can have both the Hero Bow and the Killer Bow.

Ayra and Deu's pretty ok. Their kids get sunlight hit. I prefer Ayra with Noish cos he's got berserk, i never tried Ayra and Levin though. I think these get great kids: Ayra&Noish Tiltyu&Levin Lachesis&Finn Bridgid&Deu Edin&Jamka Sylvia&Levin Fury&Azel

I prefer Ayra x Lex,because their kids get 5/6 skills, plus the ever-useful Elite skill, which then makes them invincible. Just give both of them a Hero Sword and they're on their way.

In fact, it's hard to make Ayra's kids bad. I got good results with Hollin, Lex and Deu. It would be interesting to try Levin, but it hurts to discard Holsety.

Ayra/Deu is good with sun hit and all, but it's not that helpful for stats because speed and luck will be overly maxed(could probably go to 50 if there wasn't a cap at 30) while the other stats will not be as high as having Lex as a father or something. Ayra's already got plenty of skill, luck and speed so I prefer Lex for strength and defense.
I pair Sylvia with Hollin. This is just because I'm a heavy dancer user and the extra defense really helps. I pair Fury with Claude so I can have the Valk staff and both Fee and Sety becomes the ultimate Magekillers with great magic defense.
Sylvia/Claude is incest...so I stay away from that.
