How injustice! Clearly that in the start it is almost always forgotten in the way while stronger and more cool characters go to enemy, and clearly that it almost never obtained to finish the sequence of fights in Arena. But after promoted, it it can equal to those two useless paladins Noish and Alec... Without saying that it can equip 4 types of different weapons... If prevent the mages, and forget its ridicule movement, he is a character at the very least B... And, he is so sentimental... Poor Arden... He's too slow. Movement 5. Alec and Noish, promoted, have Movement 8. If it was not for that issue, Arden would be half-useful (his stats do suck). I can't forget his biggest disavantage, the one that keeps him from getting into comba, many times.

"useless paladins"? They may not be as good as some of the stronger units, but I wouldn't call them "useless"... When you can rip through enemy's troops effortlessly you aren't "useless"...

When you can rip through enemy's troops effortlessly you aren't "useless"... I'd not say effortlessly, but they're decent. Moreover, they have skills. TWO personal skills each. Mikiri/Tsuigeki for Alec, Hissatsu/Totsugeki for Noish. Even if you can't make them good in first gen, they can make good parents. Something Arden cannot.

Hey I think he is a good parent even if he is ugly. I always talk about stats. HP 90% STR 50% MGC 5% SPD 10% SKL 20% LUK 10% DEF 40% MDF 5% Machibuse ^ That's a bad parent. Go, Lex.

Alec and Noish, promoted, have Movement 8. Wrong. They do have a movment of 8, but UNpromoted. Promoted, they have a movement of 9. For Adan being a father... He has so bad stat growth, and only one skill (useless if not paired with Wrath or Star Hit), that he's not a good father... If you REALLY want to make him a father, I see only two decent (and only decent, not more) possibilities : Tiltyu and Edin. Tiltyu : Ambush and Wrath, one of the three most destructive Skill Combo (with Moonlight Hit/Weapon with Critical, and Star Hit/Critical) of the game. But Lex give the same combo + Elite, and better stat growth... Edin : This is one of the rare pairings with Edin, where Lester inherits weapons from his father. And that's a big advantage if you like Lester, since if his father is not Midayle, Jamuka or Adan, he's stuck with the horrible Iron Bow for the first TWO chapters of the Second Gen... But in that case, he needs the Pursuit Ring.

They're "decent" if you compare them to your other units. But that's not fair! FE4 has some of the strongests units of FE's history, even in the first generation.

You can pair Ayra up with Adan. There's no way you can mess up Ayra's kids. Hell even with Claude, they become magic defence walls.

It's not that bad. Adan's actually one of Ayra's predestined pairing.

And yet one of the worst possible ones... I think it's only better than Ayra x Alec. ><

And yet one of the worst possible ones... I think it's only better than Ayra x Alec. >< Ayra and Alec is terrible. Both of Alecs skills are wasted since Ayra or her childrens classes have the skills anyway. The growth is fine but its not a couple I would pick. At least one skill is gained with Adan as the father. And the Children will have high power. Persnally if i'm after high power I use Jamuka (though first strike may be better tan deul). But still you can't mess Ayra up. Ayras personal skills are far too useful. Ayras subsitutes are bearly usable after being so used to the skills ayra gives. They are OK but they are no Ayra. So Ayra being paired makesit not a waste.

adan becomes T3H L33T 4rM0r if u promote him: A swords A spears B axes B bows or something. Later levels when u have guys charging u it doesnt matter if he's slow.
