Anyone ever noticed Tiny's map sprite changes?

She's loses the cape on her sprite during chapter 8 or so. When she first joins, she looks like the other mage girls but later she mysteriously changes. Anyone ever notice that?

Um... Tinny? Yeah, noticed that, I have no idea why. Yeah, she looks like a... Thunder mage? Um... then she changes to look like a mage after that chapter... am I right? Well, she is a mage...

I never noticed. Even because I promote her in the very chapter she joins. (Boss leveling all the way~)

Yea the same thing was mentioned on the Pegasusknight bug section. For me, something felt wrong every time yet I couldn't figure out what it was. That was until I read that there was actually a bug where she looked different and I thought, 'Ohh, that's what it was!'.

yeah, noticed this way back in 2001. she's a mage but a sprite of a thunder mage. her mom's a thunder mage though.. by the look of her on the map i thought "yay~! Torron madness!" but sadly as a mage she can only use thunder up to B.

btw i like her mage sprite too. shame i have to promote her into the generic looking magefighter. oh, even her battle sprites as a mage is soooooo cute. too bad Azel can't... throw away the silly hat, Azel!! wear sumthing like Tinny would!! ^^;;

I never promote Tinny on the chapter she joins, I'm not very patient with boss-levelling sometimes but once on chapter 3, I trained ALL my characters so they are near promotion level. I was training on Shagall and the last boss and the turns I took was at least 999 but it couldn't rise any higher cos it's the max.

How is it possible to abuse the boss in Tinny's stage? Blume has the freaking Thorhammer, he's the only boss left by the time you get her. There's no way you can have Tinny stand up to Thorhammer at such a low level.

I abused Blume training with Amid to get him to Lv20, lord knows how he survived Thorhammer...

Yep, I noticed that, but it was only at my fourth play, which I recently finished. The reason ? Tinny was always promoted at Chapter 7 (the one where she appears), and it was the first time I didn't promoted her at this chapter (I was too lazy to make her come back to the castle even with a teleport staff, I waited for the next chapter).

Tsk, tsk, I disagree, TF. Blume ISN'T the last boss on the map left by the time Tinny joins you.
If you don't kill him too soon, there's also Bramsel, the Boss of Darna. And it's at this boss, even if he's only at Lv. 17, that I bosslevel to level 20 the characters gained at this chapter (Tinny, Ares -with an Iron Sword-, Leaf, Nanna, and eventually Patty if she ins't in love with Shannan.)
