Hey, I got all the couples, and so far have been getting all the kids, but for some reason in Chapter 8 or something, it's giving me Asaello instead of Faval and Hark instead of Sety, even though the ingame dialouges show Faval and Sety..WTF is happenin?

Are you using a patch? If so, maybe it's the problem.

yea, I'm using 80% translation patch...but it gave me all the other characters fine so I'm not sure if that's it...
EDIT: Tried it w/o patch and reset, still gave me Asaello and Hawk

Start the chapter again? I have yet to get to that chapter with the patch but I think restarting should help

EDIT: Tried it w/o patch and reset, still gave me Asaello and Hawk You may have to restart the chapter. Or the game, even. Incomplete patches are evil. |

But I believe there are enough translation archives running around for the game to still be playable in Japaniese. So quit 'yer bellyaching!

Yup...and I know I did because up until that chapter, I got the kids I should of had...now I can't een get Asaello since I have Patty, and when I attack him with a long range sword with Patty, no convo happens, even though it has Faval's sprite and stuff, but it still ID's him as Asaello....and Sety as Hawk, even though in cutscenes and stuff it SHOWS Sety...and I'm not sure about Corple/Sharlow yet.,.

Upload the .srm file i'd like to have a look at this save it sounds funny. I might be able to hack a code for you Asaero to get onto your side... I remember toying with sides units were on once. It was amusing.
If you get Corpul you really did draw the short straw (Losing the Ichival for an so-so healer in debt...). Sharlow is great, he gains exp quickly and gets the beserk staff.

Hey Starwolf does Sharlow really come with the Berserk Staff? I don't really remember getting it. Sharlow is okay but I kind of prefer Corple because... he gets some nice stuff if you pair up the parents well.
