How the hell does rana pair with selis even if she one was never in five spaces of him and two didn;t heal him.Damn next time i have her keep healing oif, till she pairs with him. Damn it i wanted selis with yuria or patty.

I usually pair the second generation characters up with whoever looks the cutest and has the cutest conversations. Like Ares and Nanna for example.

one bad thing about trying to rack up levels too early

i spent way too many turns doing just that and before i know it, ayra and holin was paired up in 2nd chapter... which means NO MORE YUUSHA ken in Lionking Eltoshan. the same fault to everyone else; once a certain char got mated no one else is interested in him/her so, i missed out many good stuff.

anyone managed to miss out the hero sword that way? ;;

I got Noish - Ayra and the Hero Sword..

For the second generation, I sort of go... old Korean movie style...
like if Noish and Alec both got a kid, I put those two together.
I get Edin and Beowulf as a pair and Jamuka and Laches as a pair, I put Lester and Nanna as a pair. Old Korean movies like having alot of coincidences... since the pairs are usually Jamuka and Edin; Beowulf and Laches they become the pairs that could have been, but couldn't happen. Then I pair the children... (I am demented)

i didn't get the hero swd not cuz i paired ayra with s1 else... i paired her with holin, but they kinda... sped things up too fast and end up mated before they get the hero swd convo... which make neither lex nor holin pester ayra about it. which made me... start the game again from prolog. and just when u think u know all about it... ;;

- Lakche/Johalvier (Lakche's father was Lex... I wanted to give her Faval, but I got this pairing, even though they were at far distance from each other after half of the 7th chapter -they were together at 8th chapter's half-)



For my second play, when I will be at second Gen :

- Selis/Lakche
- Tinny/Sety
- Shannan/Patty
- Leaf/Nanna
- Ares/Lynn
- Rana/Skasaha
- Arthur/Fee
- Yuria/ ? (dunno which one I will pick for her, it doesn't matter cos anyway, she will be alone at Bahara Castle in the end)

I'll try that just for see if finally, Patty goes with Shannan in Isaac if Rana is free from Selis (and so she goes at Jungby Castle instead of Patty, unlike my first play...

In my play, Patty gave also 1 Speed point to Shannan, with the usual 3 HP points...

TF, just a thing I remarked in my first play which would be useful for your site (Sigurd's Pants) :

In Chapter 7 (the one at Yied Desert), Patty and Selis have a conversation, where Selis gets the Hero Sword.
I think it also increases love between Selis and Patty, cos I never had this conversation... Because Selis and Rana were paired in the very beggining of this chapter

So what you are saying is that both generations conversations for the heros sword won't happen if the characters involved are already in love. That is worth noting.
Basically don't get characters in love too quickly or you could miss your chance for the heroes sword.
