I want to change their classes does anyone have the game genie or action replay codes

We have FE Edit. Look around. However, if you use it, you may have to restart your game.
And there's an Action Replay guide in GameFaqs. I'm not sure it allows classchanging, though.

man the gamefaq doesnt have one anymore or at least I cant find it it used to be there

It was called: fire_emblem_iv_par.txt when it was on Gamefaqs.

As for Class changing if the game dectects your class to be different from the promoted class you will be able to promote to that class. So in other words if they promote to an "inferior" class then don't bother promoting. Say you used the codes to make the Master Knights they would still be able to promote to Paladins.

Say you used the codes to make the Master Knights they would still be able to promote to Paladins. Demote (does such word exist? Meh, you got it) into Paladins, in fact. Unlike the other FEs, 'promoting' to a weaker class is no advantage in FE4...
