I think it's a good idea if you create a single forum called "Craziness domain" under the "fun and games" section so anything that's crazy/wierd/stupid goes there. If there's just a forum called "Post a stupid question and get a stupid answer" then there will be just one thread and nothing else (with the exception of the caption contest forum). That way, the board won't be cluttered with forums just for one thing. A: To get to the other side. He risks his life crossing fast non-stop traffic just to get his lucky penny.
