I saw this post in gamefaqs, and well... ya.

To play this game, you toss anything at the next poster. The next poster must do whatever with the item and throw another thing at the next poster and so on.

Example : Player 1:I throw a cabbage at the next poster!
Player 2: *eats cabbage* I throw a....

(sorry, couldn't think of anything better than a cabbage )
